Over crowed, parking is horrible especially after a certain time of day. People are very rude there. I only went in for a rotisserie chicken and nothing. This is the 2nd time this has happened. With the overwhelming amount of people that shop there, it just seems to get worse every time I go. The gas station is out of control!!! This Costco should never have been placed in this location due to already existing traffic conditions because it sits right next to the Post Office and with small shopping centers located in proximity to it, shopping there is made extremely difficult. I realize and understand that you go there to buy in bulk but sometimes I just need to get in and get out! Unpleasant with a few visits lately but otherwise, I love shopping there. ?

The experience at the food court at the Automation location has gone downhill since cashiers were removed. The workers are buzzing around non-stop (overworked) and their attitudes reflect it. They don't use dedicated lines anymore despite signs and therefore people don't know where to stand. Most locations are friendlier, cleaner and have an overall better vibe. They saved money on staff but I no longer like the food court experience at my nearest Costco (prefer other locations).

I was at Costco today and always use the self check out. When I buy cases of water, I do not want to lift them out of cart to scan. Several associates walked by and saw the water but did not stop to scan. I finally flagged an associate down. He did scan it but then he said 'that's why it's called self check out.' You should not use it if you don't expect to do it. Totally inappropriate especially when the helpers were just standing around talking to each other.

Hello , My name is Antony and I have lived in the Bay Area for a majority of my life and costco has always been a recognizable brand for lifestyle choice such as clothing and food. Today on my lunch break from work , I stopped by after placing an order via cellphone for one pepperoni pizza. I arrived promptly and was stopped at the door for not having a Costco card on me physically as a family member of mine had it in their possession. This is where I feel Costco policies should have been cited , instead I had associates and managers using personal discretion and feeling to arbitrate their ability to make a valid business decision, I repeated my predicament to a supervisor and was met with push back claiming that other locations that have an indoor food court like themselves reserve the right to refuse access to the food court with out membership even if the order was already pre-placed, I asked him if he could cite the official policy or rule to which this supervisor could not. Also to keep in mind his work outfit was not in dress code and was not wearing a name badge so I could not get his name . He told me if I wasn't being so rude he would have let me in. This is rather subjective and he didn't know if I had an pre-existing condition but this was a rather personal judgment call and not professional ( not once did I raise my voice , say anything vulgar or profane , and always used please and thank you ). Not only that but I appealed to talk to his boss who was the general manager ( Brian ) and he told me all costcos should have never allowed me into their food court with out member ship but the door greeter and initial supervisor was validating their statements by saying it was their own personal discretion. I've grown up in an area that had a Costco with an exterior food court and I've recently ate there less than two weeks ago and they never asked to see a costco card. If this is a chain / private company then why are the rules open for speculation based on location and layout and if that's the case then why isn't there a protocol for phone orders to be filtered out before an order is placed if non -members can call and place orders without their membership being validated. I'm well in my right to sue for multiple reasons such as discrimination , harassment, mental distresses, and creating an unsafe consumer environment. I do not wish to blow this up in to a long winded legal clash so for the sake of other fellow humans who do business here ; just know ,This is not right and this place follows the same semantics as crooked cops. I asked for relegation to higher management to report this exchange and they would not procure this information for me . I highly recommend to stop supporting these corporate bullies as consumers and employers.

Ok, I know I reviewed this Costco. Again, I can't seem to see a review from me. Anyways, I love that this Costco opened up near me. When it first opened up, it was dead. Nobody came here, but I'm not sure why. It was a breeze to walk in, shop, and get out fast. Now, it does take some time, and depending on the day and time you visit.I appreciate that over 25+ years, Costco has not raised their price of their beef hotdogs and soda. It's still only $1.50.

This Costco offers a more diverse selection of items than Santa Clara. There's a lot of good Asian sauces and snacks. The return line is relatively empty as long as you're not going at peak hours. My husband and I go multiple times a month and we always find things on clearance at this location.

Plan accordingly--- they're checking ID to match Costco cards at checkout If you're using your relatives/parents/whatever and they're not with you, don't chance it since they'll remove the card from you right then and there

I enjoy Costco, and I think this one has a reliable gas station. When I go early in the morning there is little to no line for gas, and the parking lot has multiple exits and entrances as most Costcos do. The traffic and crowdedness is managed and I like coming here.I recently tried the new mango smoothie at the food court, and while it had a great real mango taste, it was way sweet. I understand that mangos are naturally super sweet when ripe, so it wasn't too much of a surprise. I took the smoothie home and blended it with other more tart fruits and some ice and that made it even better.

Needed to get a battery today for a forklift so I stopped by this Costco service department, now normally the service department is right next door to the automotive garage but in this case you actually have to walk into the Costco and to the right. There was only a short 5 minute wait at the counter, I showed the battery to the service tech and within one minute he had a new battery for me!! Can't beat that!! My only complaint is that Costco now no longer sells five-year batteries all the batteries are just three year. "Which makes no sense to me but I guess beggars can't be choosers" overall it was a really good experience

Racist employee Jose overseeing the registers denied me service because my face isn't on the card. Half the people who go don't have the face on the card

In the last couple of years, I felt like Costco had introduced tremendous amount of said an products in their stores. Today, I felt like I walked into an Asian market! Prices are much lower than conventional Asian markets. Lots of seasonal items for Lunar New year on the shelves started a month ago! In addition to their Asians products, the jewelry prices are also a great deal! They had sales prior to Christmas, prices are much lower than chain or individual jewelers out their. Looking forward to more Asian products being sold in Costco stores.

I've never hated a Costco as much as I hate this location. Everything about this location is terrible. The layout of the parking, to the entrance of the gas station, all the way to the customer service. I've tried going at different times of the day to avoid people as much as possible but no matter when you go, it's always busy. The workers who work the return lines are useless. They have to chat after each person. I'm literally standing here at the return line and instead of it going smoothly and quickly, after they help out a return, they talk amongst each other. I had to wait an extra 2 mins for them to call me up the counter. And you may be thinking, 2 mins isn't so bad but if you multiply that by the amount of people waiting in line (at least 5 other people), that's an extra 10 mins added to the wait for the 5th person. The selection of eye glasses is terrible and small. The only reason I go here is because it's a 3 min drive to where I live but the coleman location is so much better.
