A wide variety to buy at a reasonable price. May not be convenient to small families as one will be forced to buy large amounts.

Horrible customer service, the cashier closed the lane while I and another customer were still in lane. When I inquired the cashier claimed he needs to go home.

A hypermarket with a large space and a wide range of goods. It's my first time here, but I feel like this store is the messiest I've ever visited.
In order to put the goods on the shelves, the employees pushed the goods carts directly to force the customers to leave the shelves without saying hello or signaling. The behavior was very rude. I have seen this kind of situation in other Codtco stores.
In order to try the food, two customers also placed their carts directly in the middle of the aisle (normally the aisle can accommodate 3 carts at the same time), obstructing the passage of other guests and causing chaos next to the tasting stalls.
There are many similar disrespectful behaviors to others, whether it is service staff or customers. I feel that the quality of many customers and service staff who come to this store seems to be different from other stores. I will not shop here again in the future. It feels really bad. Difference.

It's a small sized Costco compared to their other locations. The cashiers and their assistants are consistently conversing among themselves or with other employees trying to upsell membership completely oblivious of the members who are purchasing and it's even worse at self checkout too. This behavior has become quite pertinent at most locations in Bay Area.

We've always have bad experiences at this Costco location whenever there's an incident such as my plants got crushed in the cart when they loaded it etc. Yesterday I went buying groceries Frozen 10lb chicken, TP, Tissue paper, Pack of waters, salt Pallets etc. generally all big bulk items. This specific Asian woman cashier with mustache asked me to put all small items on the belt. I already put some ice cream and a few other smaller items on the belt. But she asked me to put everything on the belt especially the 8 bags of 10lb frozen chicken. It sounded unreasonable to me because in the past all other cashiers scanned them in the cart. So I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said every cashier is different (while this one was the only cashier ever that asked me to put the 10lb frozen chicken on the belt, when I asked what's counted as small items, she didn't have an answer for me). I said I would need some help to put all of the items on the belt then. So the supervisor and herself were putting things on the belt, maybe only a handful of them since they couldn't put them all on the belt, either and wound up scanning it in the cart. I felt like it was a targted bullying by this specific cashier. I never really liked her in the past because she's not even friendly, always straight faced. But this is the first time when I saw her true colors.

Sometimes there's a sale and there's a lot to buy.
If you accidentally paid for the same item twice, you will receive a refund right away. You must buy it while it is still available.
Milk and frozen foods are great value for money!!!
