I was standing in line and there was no one waiting in the cash only line, the lady that was there didn't help me, even when there where no customers But she also helped other customers with tickets but not me. This is a Costco, she should have taken basic customer service training, also she didn't understand what I was saying, why is she helping customers and doesn't understand or speak English.

Martha in the membership department was so helpful! I came in with an issue with my membership card and she helped me resolve it immediately. I appreciate the customer service!

Costco rocks! This is my second favorite Costco in San Jose. It's the busiest (in my opinion), so produce tends to be fresher. But, it's the busiest--so it's crowded and parking is a hassle! Also, there's no gas station here, so that's a minus. But I lost my credit card here, and they found it and called me before I arrived home. What a great place!

Costco cakes and cookies are too sweet!!! They are not good for health. The other goods are ok.

This Costco has convenient parking and is convenient with other grocery markets nearby. It's not too busy on weekdays, but during lunch hours or weekends, many stores inside the shopping mall can make parking challenging. Compared to other nearby Costco, this one is relatively large, and its layout is overall comfortable for shopping. The store consistently introduces new products, adding to the enjoyment of shipping each time I visit.

Being a long time member, we are a really disappointed by the service and attitude the store staff and manager (Bryan AGM) have for our recent visit. We were checking out with the self-check out machines, somehow the machines was not working properly leading to some scanned items being canceled, and a store employee intervention was needed. We reached out to a staff member and looked for help to figure out what we should do. A staff member came and started to count what was registered in the scanning machine and what was not. She put two registered items on the unscanned section, and was going back and forth with the list and looked confused. I tried to help to figure out what was not registered by going through the list. All of the the sudden, she starts to behavior really bad, saying "you know what is not scanned" and gave a really mean look, and repeated "you know what is not scanned, scan them". I felt like accusing me for trying to take the item without paying... Later when the supervisor and store manager came, instead of trying to figure out what happened, they repeated asking if i can scanned every item, if so, i should keep on going out of the store. When I confronted them by telling them that I was treated really bad and they should do something. They appeared to be really impatient with the only goal of getting me out of the store. When I asked what they are going to do with this, they said they will talk to the staff, and when I asked what next. They said they will talk to the staff. When I asked for follow up with them after they talked to the staff, they declined in a rude way saying it is all internal business, there is no reason to let me know even if I treated really bad and the staff is rude and mean. When I asked what if I got pouched by the Costco staff, will they follow up with the customer. The store manager (Bryan AGM) said that has not happened, but yes even if I got pouched, they are not going to follow up with me. Gosh..... how come they can treat customer like this .....

It's the Holiday Season and Costco employees are showing a positive attitude at their Almaden & 85 store. They are offering their help when they notice someone might need it. Now we just need to encourage more of us customers to do the same!!

Hi just went to costco for my Thanksgiving shop my husband was waiting right outside te milk and egg fridge and this rude Employee really rude told him to move he didnt say excuse me or anything just move you are on my way when he could easily walk around not only that he kept on saying stuff to my husband whats the deal here i couldnt finish my shopping because of him his name was ignacio i didnt feel safe my husband was really mad he is so unprofesional he shouldnt be working there is not a good example of customer service so we let one of the managers know and she didnt seem to care this so unaceptable .

It is one of the busy Costco to shop. It doesn't have gas station here. You bring your car in for new tires or rotation with appointment. They sell almost everything here and with seasonal food. Their food court is outside and you could order through by yourself. It is hard to find close by parking.

The staffs (Lana and maybe Julia or Julie) work at Almaden return department are under trained, disrespectful and rude. They scolded me for returning item that I dislike and also told me you better make sure next time whatever you buy in the future you need to keep it. I feel threatened and wonder why. They even said they will put notes on my account. I have seen many unreasonable returns like opened watermelons and 1/2 finished milk but I don't see those customers got yelled at. I understand I am an Asian so they might just discriminated me. I also understand they are lazy and don't want to do their work help customers. However, it's not my fault. They get paid to do their job. I wonder why do we pay Costco membership for getting yelled at and not getting help? I was quiet the whole time when the staff was yelling at me. I will not visit this location again because their staffs can't even practice kindness and have good manners as human beings.

Cashier was Rude and called the supervisor over and made a scene because my son didn't have a Costco Card and sheDenied my son's transaction. Because..... we live in the (same) household, and I pay for an "Executive Membership" I Didn't know he had to have his own card (Wow). Either way she made a scene and I just ended up going to Membership services and had my son take a picture, get his own card,Then re-shop for our $210.00 of Groceries. So next time I bring my other son with me, I have to Pay another $120 for another Membership? just Ridiculous!!!! I hate coming here.I always have issues with employee's. I need to shop at Smart n Final or find a new shopping place. I have 3 Son's and 2 live with me..sometimes they like shopping and paying for extra things they like..It shouldn't be so hard.

Last night, I had trouble fitting my purchase into the car. Thomas patiently helped us, and Andres stepped in to translate from Spanish to English when someone offered a bigger car. Without them, taking my purchase home would have been much more challenging. Thanks to Costco. Your team not only does a great job but also shows kindness as good human beings.
