Great customer service. Even though we needed to obtain a few more things prior to completing our transaction the clerk was very helpful with guiding us on the process.

Today 04/17/2021 around 2PM my husband and I visited the store with the intention to switch our 4 lines to Cricket. There was only one girl sitting behind the shield and she didn’t bother to greet us. We approached the counter and began to asked a few questions. She was very rude and abrupt with her answers and kept looking on her screen as if we were bothering her. When I questioned her behavior she rolled her eyes and raised the voice at us. It’s totally unbelievable and unacceptable of such attitude. We were shocked and upset. We left and went to another Cricket store .8 mile away where we received an outstanding service.

I did not have good service they suck even their auto correction it's all so horrible their internet is shity they have nothing but used phones for as much as we all pay they thought this over left and right so no I am not pleased with how their internet service and their performance is in other words their whole company can go to bloody hell

I decided to switch from T-mobile to Cricket and wanted to keep my old phones since they had been working perfectly fine. I walked into this place thinking that they would've helped me to unlock the devices. A Chinese guy called T-mobile and said that they would be sending an email for me to unlock my phones. At that point, my numbers were in a T-mobile plan, but before I had a chance to unlock my phones, the guy told me they already canceled my T-mobile plan, and that I needed to wait until they sent me a code to unlock my phones. I just called T-mobile, and they wouldn't let me unlock my T-mobile devices. "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is"
