Dr. Cabaccan is a very nice doctor. But his office staff is so incompetent and rude. One and Only reason why i would not recommend this office is for poor, rude and absolutely pathetic office staff ESP the male receptionist.

I was here a few years back and Dr. Cabacan is friendly and answer ed all my questions. He also made you feel comfortable in navigating health condition by sharing his medical knowledge without overwhelming you with unecessary information
