I have been working with and for a company that has been utilizing this ReadyStorage work / storage / venue location for quite some time. That said I personally and for quite some time prior to Trevor taking over manager duties at this location I wasn't the biggest fan of this ReadyStorage location.
I don't remember off hand how long it's been since Trevor took the reigns as Manager of the ReadySpaces Storage Facility at 1185 Campbell, but from day one and little by little he's been able to take this old dilapidated monster maze of a building brought it back from the coffin. I work on site or pickup from the facility at least a few times a month so I've def noticed and recognize the work that Trevor has put into the spot. (From Digital App Based Locks to new Carpets in the conference room, new Coffee machines in the breakroom, are all Trevor's fault.) Prior to Trevor it felt like the place had no soul, and now has more of a community feel. I don't life in the south bay, however if i did I'd look to Readystorage and of course Trevor for all my storage needs.

This review is about Trevor new the general manager of their facility and readyspaces.
First, why I chose readyspaces. It has warehouse facilties of different sizes but you also have very nice confernce rooms, common kitchen, wifi fir everyone even in the warehouse, mail in and mail out in secure area, video security, two docks, different entry gates, common fork and pallet lifting machines etc......bottom line you get both office and warehosue without paying much..if you don't need big office area and your business does require more inventory space then it has all and that's pretty unique. Now, one advantage when you don't know about the right size of the warehosue as business grows, you can always scale up or scale down based on what's needed.
Readyspaces no wonder is one one for fastest growing companies in a space whoch was already crowded because it is solving problems for many small busineses.
Now about Trevor the new general manager. He has given a soul to this body. He has all the right traits of a great leader who can manage complex operations of a business such as readyspaces. He is there all the time, very reachable and can be reached anytime through any methods..say email, call, in person..this is innstark contrast to the previous one who was very hard to find...I have seen a lot of renovations after he has joined. He has been a positive chnage agent for this place. Restrooms have been upgraded, conference rooms have been remodeled, floor, mats, new entry mechnism via phone...on n on...Many of his qualities , such actively listening to customers and solving their problems proactively, do anything to make customers happy, ( one such example..when one customer came to drop my product, non of the employees or myself was in office)..he called me and got the device and kept in his office...), he is getting investments for the place, and finally..the word soul or a great soul that enlightens the entire place with his hardwork, active engagements, proactive actions and customer collaborations..

Trevor is the best manager I have ever worked with. I also want to shout out Dave for being an awesome handyman in the building. I highly recommend this place for your business. You'll also get free Wi-Fi and electricity, which will save you a lot of money.

I've been renting an office here at the Santa Clara location since February 2023. Absolutely thrilled with the improvements since the new general manager, Trevor, took over earlier this year.
The office, conference rooms, facilities, and warehouse have all seen significant improvements. Trevor is also friendly and happy to help with any issues or requests. His dedication to enhancing the space and providing top-notch service has made a noticeable difference for the tenants here. Highly recommend!

My stay at ReadySpaces was short due to internal changes in my business but I was very pleased there. The place is clean and organized and the people are friendly. The manager, Trevor, is very professional, helpful and understanding. It was my pleasure to interact with him; he made my experience a breeze! I strongly recommend ReadySpaces.

I would recommend Ready Spaces for any business looking for a flex space that offers warehouse storage and office space. Trevor, the General Manager, is professional, always available, walks the property regularly, and always greets everyone. He really goes above on beyond his job duties. I have seen a significant change in the organization and cleanliness of the property. Since he has started, we finally got our mailbox labeled, the mailroom is organized, our maintenance work order has been address, and the only time the management office is closed is when he is out on the property or in a meeting. Otherwise, the door is open and he’s there to greet you with a smile! Thanks Trevor!

Didn't pay bill and was locked out and burglarized by KATHY'S maintenance crew. Asked for surveillance tapes and was told that she doubts anything happened and I have no rights because I sublease part of unit.I contacted the person who name is on the lease and he was told same thing when he asked to view tapes. When I tried to pay back rent she refused to accept from me. On top of that was hit with a $400.00 fine for use of forklift and overfilling her already overfilled dumpster. I have filed a police report and hope to recover multiple stolen items that she gave the ok to steal from unit. Not having forklift certification does not justify this kind of treatment. We found ReadySpaces because we were in urgent need of a location for my business as my plans fell through for the original location. However, after meeting with the property manager Kathy we were immediately drawned in. Our original plan to stay here 3 months has now extended to a long term lease thanks to Kathy's flexibility. Kathy manages this property very strictly and keeps all the amenities clean, as well as all the other tennants in check while maintaining everyone's respect. I would highly suggest ReadySpaces to anyone looking to start any business that needs a low commitment lease agreement and an awesome property manager.
