The CVS McKee pharmacy is the best. I felt fortunate to be served by Pharmacist Sneha. She is kind, professional, caring, & attentive. I believe she represents the CVS brand as best that anyone can.

I like to use my $10 coupon on things I need and feels good to save money on regular price items that I need at the time, but even better if they are on sale!

I have been going to this CVS for many years. Generally, I am satisfied with the staff and I see they are extremely busy. I have found them generally pleasant and helpful when I get to the front of the line. Today was extraordinary and I am so pleased with the staff there. The pharmacy assistant was efficient, she noticed one prescription was excessively expansive and asked a pharmacist to review for accuracy. I met the pharmacist Jerry Tsai who went above and beyond to help me. I am thrilled he is now associated with my neighborhood CVS.

Went to this CVS to pick up a prescription. Had to fight heavy traffic and turns out my doctor didn’t send it over.
After the weekend passed I called my doc and asked them to send this time. They said they will call me when they do.
Hours later no call so I decide to call CVS instead of fight traffic again. Phone rang for 30+ minutes, called the front of the store and the woman said she would transfer me and tell them to pick up… on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up.
I called my doctor and they said they sent the prescription, but they said that last time, I’ll chance it.
Traffic is ok and prescription is there, just had to interact with the pharmacy people who all looked like they were bored or just didn’t want to be there. No smiles anywhere. That’s fine I don’t need smiles, just need someone to pick up when I call their business.

The store itself is fine. But This review is for the pharmacy only.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude employees. They cut off the customers mid-sentence repeatedly. Cannot say “hello” or “can I help you.” I was just there yesterday and had yet another bad experience! They really need better training. Its Not hard to provide good customer service. What company actually operates this pharmacy? It’s definitely different from how the pharmacy use to operate. They use to have a friendly pharmacist and a worker who knew all her customers. So friendly. Now it’s like night and day difference. Rude workers. No one is happy. And it’s common to hear other customers complaining to them too.

I am very disappoint on the way CVS conduct business because not accepting paper prescription from from Dr. office. They were lazy and wanted Dr. office faxes to them. It should be prefer the fax method, but they should accepting the paper prescription like CVS Story and White. I am very sad when that CVS closed. They should bring over the core team from CVS Story and White leading by Kristine Huynh and Mandy Nguyen. Walgreen gave me medication after 15 min waiting. Wil never come back to McKee storeThis CVS should have the zero instead of one star

I went to CVS to pick it up some medication. I need to use the restroom and ask the front desk they told me that they don't have a variable restroom for customer with very rude I would not recommend to come in this CVS. What it's a terrible service they offer for customers.

Lucky's pharmacy having closed , has left us with CVS Pharmacy . Due to its proximity it made sense to use them. I've concluded with my many visits the employees there are not happy, particularly the pharmacy -lacks customer service and at least courtesy. The 3 employees I encountered and then the manager who could care less. I was in pharmacy line and asked if They could unlock Tylenol cabinet before I get my prescription so I can pay for both at the same time. This display is 12 feet from the pharmacy counter. I was told to push the button above on display case and the front staff at the check outs would unlock it . I thought that was odd since she was right there. I asked if they had liquid gel- whatever is there was her answer. Then the front staff gal started to walk up to the counter in the front of the store with tylenol. I asked cant I pay for it here at the pharmacy the same time I pay for my prescription- that irritated her and she huffed off. No common sense too. I'm sorry they have to work perhaps this is why they lack smiles and customer service . Walgreens is not close, maybe they can prove to be better.

This location keeps getting worse. I'll just bullet point the things I've noticed over the past several years since my last review.* Heavy employee turnover rate. Seems like every 3-4 months, there's a new store manager & they usually seem frustrated & confused. The clerks seem unhappy, I constantly hear them complaining about lack of breaks, other employees not pulling their weight, and they always seem short staffed. They are limiting employee hours due to the self check out registers, but there's always an issue using them and employees have to come over and help anyways....* Very unorganized. Often times the snacks and grocery isles are never fully stocked. Labels on the racks often dont match the items on the shelves. Very slow to replenish items that are on sale. They are very late in tagging shelves with "on-sale" tags per their weekly add. Their weekly specials start on Sundays & often times the sale tags are applied mid way through the week sometimes almost at the end of the week. Make sure you check the expiration dates as there have been several times I've noticed items that have been expired by weeks sometimes even months.* Items locked up. I understand them locking up liquor, but do they really need to lock up vitamins, cosmetic items, birth control & hygene supplies? Kinda sucks that I have to buzz a service bell when I want to buy certain vitamins, hair gel, condoms, tooth paste and even grooming supplies.Funny thing is, alot of the negative reviews are towards the pharmacy but I haven't had any issues there yet. I only use the pharmacy once every 3 months though.

Selfie CVS with no public bathroom. They have a public bathroom but they say it's out of order. In reality they are simply not letting people use their public bathroom. Makes you wonder where the employees use the restroom and wash their hands.
