Avoid Nermen at the pharmacy! She is racist and refused to help my mother when she went to pick up her prescription this morning. Despite my mother being latin and speaking English, nermen kept telling her she didn't speak Spanish. The manager in charge kept making excuses for her saying she was new. She is not new, she was transferred to this store. If someone does not want to attend everyone no matter what color or race, they should NOT be working there. We've becoming to this location for over 10+ years and found this behavior appalling. I hope the community sees this and is aware of this woman's behavior which should not be accepted in any customer service role.

I have been going to this cvs for thirty years. The customer service is rude. Very unpleasant. I told him that this was the most unpleasant way I was treated. No hello. No how are you? Are you ready to check out? I mean, just awful and passive aggressive.

Went to drop off unused meds, a box of used sharps in approved box and unused sharps, still sealed/packaged. The sharps bin was full, pharmacy staff just laughed at me when I asked them if they could help. I also asked if I could leave them with them, which I get why they can't but again they just laughed and left me to walk away. At the very least they could have said something, anything at all, they could have offered to try other stores, the postage containers for sharps etc but instead they only laughed and tried to humiliate me for trying to do the right thing.

So my family and I have lived within a couple blocks of this Branham CVS for 14 years. We have used them mostly due to convenience. We have had our ongoing frustrations with their pharmacy off and on during this time. BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! There have been a couple of bad actors that thankfully are gone. BUT THE ONE CONSTANT BAD ACTOR IS THE PHARMACIST JENNIFER!! She is as arrogant and uninformed as they come. She is flat rude. She must have such low self esteem to think she can exert her own personal little "power trips" on customers, that she forms her own judgments about based on their medications. Meanwhile, she knows nothing of our personal health issues and why we ARE PRESCRIBED BY ACTUAL DOCTORS the medications that unless unlawful, IS HER DUTY TO SIMPLY FILL! Tired of her giving her petty little lectures, or holding up dispensing the medications. my wife and I have complained to the store management about her more than once only to have it fall on deaf ears. So shame on you CVS management! Shame on you. And as I personally manage Medtech professionals with far more education and income than these people, Jennifer included, I am more than qualified to make this assessment. You arrogant managers, and little Jennifer, clearly have lost sight of who the customers are that keep you in business. Well guess what? I have initiated my progressive complete withdrawal of all my monthly medications from this store and will not be going to another CVS. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS! If management by some miracle were to actually read this or care in the slightest, I would invite them to ask Jennifer who she thinks wrote this. She will know. AND THEN lookup the amount of monthly revenue that just walked out the door and ask yourselves if Jennifer is worth it. It is clear from all the negative reviews here that many customers are fed up. I have neighbors that can no longer stand her. So GOOD BYE CVS. Enough is enough as I mentioned.

This is my go to store and especially for the pharmacy. Been coming here for over 10yrs now. I'm not sure if they got new staff for the pharmacy or what. I called a few times for refills for my grandmothers prescription and they are rude. The only good thing is there's usually no wait time. Just wished their attitudes would be different. I even had the guy hang up on me because I didn't have the phone number and fax of Valley medical hospital pharmacy I was trying to get prescription transfer from. The next person was in a mood as well. I've given the benefit of doubt that maybe I have caught them in a bad day but this is not the first time.

Worst costumer service from Kim And store manger I went in to look at the discounted grinch merchandise and there was an item that was advertised for sale but when I went to purchase it Kim stated it wasn't for sale that it was a decoration and was very rude about it then when I proceeded to call other cvs stores to look for the item and I didn't realize I was calling this store where the incident took place Kim answered the phone and when I asked about the blanket she yelled thru the phone OMG I ALREADY TOLD YOU THE BLANKET ISNT FOR SALE I was shocked because I was only calling to see if it was in stock for me to purchase and she continued to aggressively ask if I would like to speak to the manger for her to tell me the same thing and I can hear here talking about me to the manger when I asked for there names only 1 was provided if it's even her real name and for corporates number and they hung up on me I had to call another location just to get the number I've never had such bad costumer service if cvs tolerates this type of behavior it's outrageous that people even come here I will never spend another penny here or at any other cvs

0 for the Pharmacy if I could. They interact with people like they're just a number, not a human; They don't give you the courtesy of even looking at you while they are speaking to you because they prioritize their computer work over customers right in front of them. Virginia is definitely the worst of the bunch, very rude and extremely unhelpful-- almost to the point where you would think she's actually trying to get rid of customers instead of actually helping them. I get a COVID was a hard time for everyone in healthcare, but I am a nurse so I don't excuse this type of behavior when people are obviously coming to the pharmacy for their health. Whoever is in charge of the pharmacy really needs to have a talk with this group, because I don't want anyone else feeling the way I did during my first (and last) visit to this pharmacy. Completely unacceptable.

I believe that Yelp should revise their review system and have negative stars.They would be very useful in reviewing the CVS Drug store on Branham Lane in San Jose. On April the 29th and 1PM I picked-up a couple of prescriptions in the pharmacy and Jennifer was very nice and accommodating as usual.On my way to the front of the store I gathered a few more Items I needed and approached the checkout area where 2 female employees were standing with no customers. One was in the customer service area, who later identified herself as Mel "the store manager" and the other at the first check-out stand I believe she identified herself as Cynthia. I asked who would be checking me out. Cynthia asked how I was going to pay,"cash or credit" which seemed a little strange. I answered it depends on how much it came to. I was ready to put the items down that were about to fall out of my arms on her check stand when she started walking towards the self-check out. I asked if she could just ring up my stuff at the register she had been standing at, to which she answered that the management wanted the customers to use the self-check out and kept walking to the self-checkout area. I told her I know how to use self-checkout, I have used it before and I didn't need a lesson. She then said for me to bring my items to self-check out and she would check it out there for me. At this point I have to admit I was getting a little stressed out. I went over to the self-check out and dumped my stuff in a red basket next to the scanner which seemed to put her over the edge. After that and a lot attitude from her we ended up back over to the register I started at.It seemed to be a personal vendetta for her that I didn't want to use the self check-out. Some where along the way Mel joined in and it was like a tag team on the old man. Humiliated, antagonized, verbally attacked and shown a total lack of customer service or pride in their jobs. Both employees said more than once, "no matter what I told CVS management or the corporate office they would both lie about the altercation. They also refused to write down their names or let me use a pen to do so. It amazes me why the so called store manager didn't just step in and check me out in stead of letting the entire situation escalate. I will find out on Monday when I call CVS corporate customer service if they are so big they don't need to care about image, customer service or how CVS customers are treated.

On a wierd Saturday where we found ourselves seeking purified water we came about the Glacier water machine outside this CVS. It did us dirty in two different and deceiving ways. One, it took both our quarters and gave no water. Two, it promises "crisp" and "great tasing" water but dispensed to use a water that was 3/10. As much as I had faith in the 35 cents it was asking for a gallon of water, it left me to feel unfulfilled and thirsty.

I see a lot of reviews regarding the pharmacy and I know why now . I am regular customer who enjoys couponing and I go with my aunt and my mother in law all the time with no issues. One day all three of us are in line with our coupons and this lady behind us had a few things in her hand and what we usually do if someone is behind us we let them go in front of us because we know it takes a while to check out especially with coupons. So I told my mother in law that we should let this lady go in front of us but then the lady started having an attitude because we had so much in our cart and we were using coupons and taking too long. So she goes to self checkout and she was having issues with the machine and then turns around and looks at us because she's upset and can't purchase her items and the cashiers were helping us instead of her and another customer was having the same issue with the machine and getting frustrated and they both laughed and looked at us . The lady got so frustrated that she said out loud "this is ridiculous " no lady what's ridiculous is your attitude and then she left her items and left and the other customer who she was laughing with did the same . My mother in law noticed her lab jacket and when I went the next time to cvs I saw her picture and she is the Pharmacy Manager and I now knew that she worked there . Her attitude was nasty and acted as if she was better than us . Horrible lady I would recommend to go elsewhere she should be fired !

Made an appointment to get my flu shot online yesterday. When I arrived for my appointment today they said that the pharmacist had just left for her 30-minute break. I confirmed that they knew about my appointment before she took her break. Apparently things had gotten busy and that my appointment time was the first time she was able to take her break. I understand but that's not my problem. My problem is that I planned my day around getting to CVS on time for my appointment only to be told that I have to wait half an hour because the pharmacist left even though she knew about my appointment. Thanks for wasting my time.

This isn't my first HORRIBLE experience at this specific pharmacy. There are a countless number of times where I've walked out without my medication.....after leaving my doctors office I brought a prescription here to be filed. The lady said there would be no issue getting this specific prescription. Later she calls me to tell me she can't fill it due to a "different pen being used on the prescription". I told her to call my doctor or see if she can get a new prescription faxed since this is such a huge problem. I called my doctor myself, and he himself said she was being difficult and this should have never been an issue. Later, I went to a different pharmacy and got my meds within 20 minutes. Never coming here again. I prefer independent pharmacy's than huge chains anyways. Customer service is trash and everyone here is also very rude.
