I wish you could give negative stars because I would rate a negative 5! . The actual pharmacist himself is terrible!, terrible attitude no manners, racist and will completely just walk away from you when you have questions that he does not want to answer.

I scheduled my covid vaccine appointment for today Monday 18 2023 and the cvs website let her schedule the appointment only to find out that because I have Kaiser they don't help me I wasted time off work to do this vaccine app I'm only to be rejected from this cvs pharmacy so wrong

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PHARMACY. ABSOLUTE WORST. Please read all the reviews for yourself to find that a majority would agree that Pharmacist by the name of "Wesley" has zero regard for patients health or well being. Does not care whatsoever for patients / customers needs and is reflected in all the reviews. I'm not sure how this place still operates under these conditions. Most ppl go here out of convenience of location but honestly it is not worth it. It is a terrible experience EVERY. TIME. Had multiple bad experiences with this particular pharmacist - his condescending, bad/rude customer service and just general disregard for other people make this the worst pharmacy in the area. I finally am taking the time to write this review because I've had it with this place. I just came from urgent care and came to pick up the prescriptions that were ready and they tell me that they are closed and won't be opening up until late morning the next day. It's literally 1:59pm and I'm being informed that they close at 2pm when their sign says "will resume from break at 2pm". Such BS!How much effort does it take to reach behind you and hand over the medications that someone really needs? This is why this place has no compassion or intent to serve the community. It could be someone dying in need of medications and they would still say "WE'RE CLOSED" and not give a f*k. I've literally read other reviews of them doing this to people who needed their medication due to an severe allergic reaction and they just turn people away. Horrible! They don't care. Save your self the trouble and drive a little further for some decency. This place should be shut down. No words to describe how despicable the treatment is here.

I called the pharmacy today and asked if they stock a certain medication for my cat or if they're able to order it. The person who picked up would not even let me tell him what the actual medication was, and kept saying that he could not tell me anything unless I show up in person to hand over the prescription. I'm a pharmacist and have worked in retail before, including at CVS, and I know this is B.S. You can absolutely call and ask about inventory and if they're able to even order it (I just did this with many other pharmacies in the area). Of course, they won't be able to actually order it unless you give them the prescription but that's another issue. Horrible service here but I guess I can't blame them because CVS/corporate retail pharmacy sucks in general (but again that's another issue too LOL).

This pharmacy is the WORST, please go to a different location. Wesley Pan is the absolute worst pharmacist I've ever encountered, the most rude and condescending medical professional there is... if you don't know how to help people or don't want to help people- find another profession. His behavior is absolutely disgusting and should be reported to the board.

This store either needs a new store manager or close down. It is the only cvs looking like it is going out of business. The store is always dirty and empty. Also the staff has no customer service whatsoever.

Did not perform vaccine shots correctly. Had Covid and Flu boosters. Worker put needle just under the skin, not in muscle. If you have been vaccinated there in the last week it has not been administered correctly

We made an appointment for our flu shots. When we arrived, they said they do not accept Kaiser insurance and would have to charge us. It would have been nice if they had specified that on their appointment site so we are informed in advance.

Had to came here twice in the past 24 hrs to stand at the door while it was the working hours. In fact, I'm writing this review standing here behind the closed doors. There's sign saying that the RX manager's name is Wesley Han and store manager's name is Taylor Perry.I hope this situation will improve in the future as I had to drive twice yesterday and today just to see that the store is closed during the working hour.A CVS employee is also standing here with me waiting for the person with the key to open the store door (it's 8:30 am now - half an hour after the time that store is supposed to be open - and I'm waiting to make my purchase and go to work because apparently this is the only store that has my medication in stock).There are other customers coming and going or waiting in their cars.

Had Covid vaccine today. All was great BUT I received a small bag of samples after the vaccination ( like every patient) it said that there are small samples from 8 companies but I received only 3 gifts. That's odd ... So the question is who took my samples from my bag???

The night manager is so rude I recently moved to San Jose I been coming to this cvs every Monday to pay a bill , I recently noticed a different person I believe he's in charge he's Asian he is so rude to customers it almost seems like he hates his job. The way he responds to you with anger this is the second time His spoken to me this way. Also fix your closing signs they say 10 pm and they close at 9:00pm or earlier .Taking my business elsewhere.

I've had worst possible experiences with his pharmacy. In my past few visits the pharmacy staff has been pretty clueless about what's going on and have given me various possible excuses for delayed filling. They pharmacy staff mentioned something to me and when my doctors office called them they had a completely different response. Do you have absolutely no clue on what's happening and some how don't accept it and provide any non sensical excuses. For most of my recent visit I've had to go in twice or thrice to pick up my medicine which could easily have been one visit. Totally unprofessional bunch
