NO STORE CLERKS ——I was in the store for 10 minutes shopping and then trying to purchase items. I needed a CLERK for assistance. No one in sight even after walking the store and asking for help—-was hoping someone in the back might hear me. No such luck. Horrible coverage and you wasted my time today

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I arrived just 3 minutes after closing to pick up an urgent medication for my spouse (@ 6:03 PM on Sunday), and despite clearly explaining the urgency of the situation, the two staff members on duty showed no empathy whatsoever. They smiled and said, “Sorry, we can’t help you,” and suggested I drive to a 24/7 CVS instead.
There was no attempt to understand or assist in any meaningful way — just a rehearsed, dismissive response. For a healthcare provider, I expected a bit more compassion and flexibility, especially in a time-sensitive situation.
This experience left me questioning whether this location truly understands what it means to be in the business of patient care.

The pharmacy staff is pretty slow. As another reviewer mentioned they have two lines one for mobile and one for regular pick up but they are served by the same cashier! What is the point?

I feel we are sooo lucky to have this store in our neighborhood in San Jose. I am not listing location of the store for safety reasons. The personnel there are outstanding. They are great and treat everyone the same which is a rarity in our country these days.

I’m diabetic. CVS pharmacy can’t get my diabetes prescription right. I need to call my doctor to resubmit the prescription. Then in a few months, I have to do it again. This is the third time! They tell me to call the manager Kevin to clarify. Shouldn’t he be calling me for their screw ups?

I've read some of the negative reviews and I've not had any of those experiences. The pharmacy is busy but I didn't find them inefficient. They were pretty quick and explained medications. I've had zero issues buying regular items from this store and with the service. Sometimes they leave a bell out as they may only have a single person at the register that has other task as well so ring the bell and no issue. I can't attest to the restroom cleanliness as I've not visited it. My prescriptions are always found quickly and I'm out the door in minutes.

Justin helped me on July 31, 2023. Justin was very cheerful, knowledgeable, caring, and an asset to your corporation . He was my cashier. Such a wonderful man to have on your CVS team !

This is a very bad place that gives one doubts about the folks in healthcare a lot. They are super rude, never have walk-ins, don't even entertain questions regarding walk-ins and always take longer than a day to fill prescriptions - almost as if they were the manufactures taking their sweet time to manufacture after they get a prescription. It is either management that causes shortage in staff or the employees themselves working as they please. Shame on them for being the face of healthcare and doing a shoddy job.Wish there were more pharmacies closer which catered to people who couldn't drive far in terms of need.

The pharmacy line is always long and doesn't move. There's no drive thru for it. The pharmacy staff is just not in any rush to process the line. Got fed up and switched to Walgreens even though it's out of the way but it's much more streamlined . I know my time is not wasted there
