The Asian lady who was at the counter on Saturday was a God send. I was told a couple days ago that insurance did not authorize my medication.
When I went back to pay out of pocket, the Asian lady listened to my problem and she found out that insurance did authorize a different brand. I ended up not needing to pay out of pocket.
People like her are a God send. I will always come to this Pharmacy in the future and wish her well.

The worst pharmacy and pharmacists. If they can't pull up your insurance they tell you to leave, and if you find out for them they ignore you, manager walk by like you don't exist. Anyone that is in need of medicine better off suffer from the illness than suffer from this place.

The pharmacist is very knowledgeable friendly and there’s usually never await in line more than two people. They do close a little early and they do take a lunch.

Not all CVS locations are equal. The Target CVS on Coleman is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Service is very fast, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and patient.

Third time I have come to get my prescription because of the time they said it would be ready and it is not. Last time the pharmacy clerk helpfully suggested that if I could not wait at least 20 minutes that I could come back another time. When I did, it had been returned to stock. They were also a disorganized mess and unsanitary about my vaccine appointment-- late and almost gave the wrong shot

The service in this pharmacy is terrible, I always get text saying that my prescription is ready for pick up, but when I get there they said is not ready and that I have to wait like 30 min. Also the woman is terrible at customer service , can't communicate the correct information. Seriously the worst pharmacy ever.
