The pharmacist at the CVS on Monterey Rd San Jose is super helpful and nice. He went out of his way to research my meditation and suggested me the medication my insurance covered. A big thumbsup

I've used this pharmacy since I moved here 3 years ago, and have nothing but good things to say about it. So many times they have gone above and beyond. Many of the people working there even know my name when I come in, which is a nice surprise in this day and age.There have been a few issues with my prescriptions not finding their way there when they should have, but I don't know which end is responsible, but it is always worked out.

Don't come here if your asian. The nurses are very racist and yells at you. They hang up while we were on call with them. I suggest to let your doctors know to switch pharmacy. People who are working here are a disappointment and no respect. Aug 1,2023

Lies and lies. My Dr. Sent my prescription for blood sugar testing kits and my insurance only covers for certain brand. This CV s at Target decided to give me whatever they feel and having me pay out of network. Once I found out, I called this place several times to get the brand of testing kits which my insurance would cover. The first guy on the phone told me that the brand I wanted was out of stock and he thinks I should keep what s I already purchased to save money. I think this is ridiculous and I want to purchase what my insurance covers so I called later on the same day, a lady picked up my call and said they do have the brand I want in stock!! I now ended having 2 testing kits at home. Please think twice if you decide to go this place!

CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

I have always received exceptional service from the pharmacy. Prem, the pharmacist, is always available to help. The other staff is equally pleasant and courteous.

I always get my prescriptions filled here, and I've only ever had one issue, but that was a day I saw someone was I. Training. People need to learn and that's to be expected, but overal I love the way that when im in Line to pick up and there busy with other people , they acknowledge me and tell me they'll be right with me. it's located INSIDE TARGET. So unless you don't mind waiting 20 minutes to pay for your items go for it... they don't allow you to pay at their counter unless it's a prescription. be warned . thumbs down

If you want your medications on time, please choose a different CVS pharmacy..This place has the worst pharmacists ever and all the five of them are extremely irresponsible and would lie to you that "it's soon to refill the prescription"..My doctor had to call them many times inorder for those bunch of lazy liars to do their work..It's TERRIBLE.. Wish I could file a complaint
