The CVS customer service rep has always respected my concern and solved it nicely as always! For all my life, I have sent my concern to CVS twice, CVS solved it nicely twice!
The CVS® at 3475 Mckee Rd, San Jose, CA was one of my Favorite CVS, I often shop there. The CVS employees here are very friendly and helpful as my experience on lately few visits!

the customer service line is HORRIFIC - their system hangs up on you when they 'don't understand' so you can't leave a voicemail and you can't actually speak to a human when you call.

Because this CVS is the closest to my home I've ordered one hour photos three times. Each time my photos are not ready or "missing" even after receiving an email stating that my order is ready for pick up. Every time the manager just says come back tomorrow. ? Today was definitely the last time I will be ordering photos at this location.

I came in 5 minutes before they closed this evening to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist had already turned out the lights and when he saw me come up to the counter, he quickly closed the gate and said "We're closed!" I said "but your sign says you close at 8:00. Why are you closing early?" He just repeated "We're close!" No apology. He didn't care. Helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to do. How are they even allowed to close earlier than posted? Again today, prescriptions laying on the dirty ground next to the garbage.

Do not go here. Customer service along with the busy location is totally understaffed. Usually a line of 10 people with rude service. AVOID!
