The checkout stand was unattended, and a previous customer had left without completing payment, leaving the transaction unvoided. To avoid further delay, I proceeded to a different register and used my OTC Visa Debit Card from my SCAN Medicare Advantage Plan. The purchase was processed successfully, and I was relieved.

There are things I regularly got from Walgreens due to my insurance now that I have to go CVS they don’t carry some of the items or my insurance doesn’t pay for what I need so I have to pay for them out of pocket ..

I would like to recognize Samantha at CVS for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I approached her with an issue, she went above and beyond to make sure I received the right replacement item. She took the time to confirm that the product would meet my needs, explained all the options clearly, and even went the extra mile to verify that the replacement would work properly.

Many thanks to Pharmacist Nguyen. I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket, and he kindly checked whether I qualified for any discounts. It was originally over $70, and I ended up paying about $40. He also provided the injection documentation I needed. I really appreciate his help.

Similar experience like Ken. Bought a stack of photos to give to others but the ink is splotchy and unclear. White is not white. There is a bunch of colors mixed in to make the photo white? It made my photos taken with a profesional camera look like cell phone photos from 2009. Everyone came out uglier and more red like we have all been drinking.

Worst pharmacy ever. It’s never open. The pharmacist is always late. I need this medication for my mom and they have no respect for people’s time. I moved all but one prescription because it’s hard to fill elsewhere. I hate coming here.

What great service from a clerk at this CVS. I was looking for a burn cream. Asked a male clerk about it. He helped me find it. He asked if I needed anything else. I told him I needed h to three more items. He helped me find all of them. I am new to the area and it was my first time at the CVS store on Berryessa. I am impressed with the customer service. He was professional, patient, nice. The female clerk who helped me at the self checkout was also nice. I am very impressed. Definitely recommend you shopping at the Berryessa store.

This is the only CVS pharmacy that I will go to. They have my prescriptions ready promptly. They also automatically fill my regular prescriptions. This is by far the best pharmacy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, but I always use the drive-through.

One of my favorite places to shop. No more. Accused of shoplifting in the store while shopping. Lady says they have there regular homeless people that come here so there are no baskets or carts out they are tucked at the register. Employee in the isle with me as I was shopping told me to take the detergents from shopping bag I said how shall I carry the things I need to register. If I was a volatile person I would have made a viral video, don't approach me while I'm shopping in the aisle could have been a bad outcome.

On September 20, 2024 at 8:10 PM Payment time... the white man with black hair and glasses REFUSED to sell me items that were over $200 because my ID is not from the United States and I had to buy for a lesser amount, I know that with a plastic ID it is not valid but I showed a passport and with a passport I can even buy cigarettes, he said that the screen said that and I told him to show me and he showed me and it didn't say that... they should teach their employees the basic rules well and not discriminate by selling up to certain limits to people who do not have an ID from the country, my passport is valid for the purchase, the store had to close and I had little time because otherwise we would have settled it with the police.
