Had such a great experience at CVS today! I went in to pick up a package and was kind of struggling to open it lol, but Young was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to help me out. He was so patient and nice about it. Really appreciate his kindness—thank you, Young!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this pharmacy. Communication was lacking, and the overall service fell short of expectations. I would recommend considering alternative pharmacies for your prescription needs to avoid unnecessary delays or frustration.

The pharmacy service is pretty good otherwise. But if you’re shopping there, steer clear of that guy in his 50s—he’ll totally ruin your day. There’s this older guy, over 50, who works there and has a terrible attitude. He’s super rude, has zero patience with customers, and last time he was even slamming things around for no reason—totally fed up with everyone. I don’t know if they’re paying him too little or if he’s just burned out, but taking it out on customers is not okay. On the other hand, there’s this younger guy who’s the complete opposite—really nice, takes his job seriously, and actually cares. The older dude could learn a thing or two from him. Guess age doesn’t always mean you’re better at your job!

avoid consultation here, not only that doesn’t really helpful, the consultant repeated speaking out the symptoms very loud in a way kinda of embarrassed, it’s a waste of time and humiliating.

Extremely rude phone customer skills. A worker answered the phone by saying “what?” Then proceeded to get frustrated with me for asking a simple question. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Pharmacist was very helpful! I had a question about supplements and she was able to come out from behind the counter and give me helpful info. Store is clean but seems low-stocked in some things.
