Extremely rude phone customer skills. A worker answered the phone by saying “what?” Then proceeded to get frustrated with me for asking a simple question. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Pharmacist was very helpful! I had a question about supplements and she was able to come out from behind the counter and give me helpful info. Store is clean but seems low-stocked in some things.

Use the pharmacy here. Only wierd thing is that the pharmacy opens at 10 AM. Would have thought it would open earlier.

I called about a prescription and started to give my details to the representative. Out of the blue she starts having an attitude with me for not telling her what I want, when she is viewing my account which has the one and only prescription I use right there? I explained to her what I want, and she continued to have an attitude which I expressed was unnecessary. Overall worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

Keith has the worst customer. He is rude and keeps customers waiting. I was literally in front of him today at the register and he just kept on stocking shelves.This is my 3rd time coming here and the second time I have dealt with this cashier. If you don’t like your job then get another one don’t take it out on the customers!!! I will not be back!!

Usually good quality customer experience. Been at the pharmacy since 6pm made 3 trips back and forth because the pharmacist and the pharm tech doesn't know how to do their jobs. 10 mins per customer. Picked up 1 of the 2 prescription and was told to wait 20 min for the second. After waiting on the side for 20 mins and another 30 min in line for only 5 other customers in line, was told that the pharmacist wasn't even aware I wanted the prescription. At this point, I go back home and wait for the prescription. Waited for only 15 mins (including drive back home) and was told the prescription was ready... I went back to the store and the pricing was different from usual. I asked the pharm tech to apply the Rx discount code that I had and a different price from the usual price I pay. Pharmacist told me that the price was raised and as a result the increase in price. He told me the discount was already added, even though they didn't even enter any information. I pay for the prescription and go back home and found that the retail price was exactly the same. Completely evident that the correct discount code wasn't applied now, I wait in line since 7:30pm to get refunded and get the correct amount charged. Everyone in front of my was getting their prescription handled. I go to the front and literally just saw someone getting this issue solved and was denied help. Pharmacist kept trying to insist that the pricing changed even though both receipts says retail price is 96. Completely obvious that the discount code wasn't applied, the pharmacist denied to resolve the issue that persisted since 6 in this whole waste of a time goose chase. Please properly train your employees. Wasted over 2 hrs.

My experience was excellent from the store cashier to the store manager who treated me like I was the most important customer in the store.It was like shopping in a small town pharmacy.Loved it!

I visited the pharmacy multiple times to pick up a prescription and each time I was told something different.First time I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it, second time the pharmacy was out of the medicine, and third time I was told that I had no refills (despite my dr saying I have refills).I called to ask for clarification because I need this medication and the person on the phone talked down to me, cut me off, and was so rude.I was nothing but polite for the entire call and this person was so rude…I swapped to Safeway pharmacy, they’re so much better and the employees don’t verbally berate you.

Whenever I go to the pharmacy, it's fine. No issues. But when I call? I could be on hold for however long I'm willing to put myself through listening to the low quality music with the constant reminders of vaccines and flu shots like some maddening cycle and no one ever answers. I'll call at all different times just to see if there's a better time yet there's never a good time. It's really a big inconvenience when my prescription requires contacting the pharmacy and they don't pick up. What a shame.

Worst pharmacy experience. Went there to pick up a prescription and was told to wait for 15 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes and did not get called and went to ask the pharmacist. They asked me to wait for the long line again before I can pickup the prescription because they have been very busy.No service and worst attitude.

The best CVS there is in the Bay Area in my estimation. I love this store. They have everything you need and they are never out of stock. The staff is so very kind and they make you feel like you are old friends. Extremely helpful and nice people here. I get my vaccinations here because they take their time; they are careful and compassionate how you feel. A wonderful place for all of your pharmacy needs!

Lack of Human Customer services, CVS Staffs “looks to be” stocking shelves with nothing on themselves. When prompted for support “where can I find this?”, no response from CVS team.. Everything had become an Self-Checkout atmosphere.

I used to come here every 3 months to pick up my recurring medications but will be changing pharmacies and will never be coming back. I got yelled at by the pharmacist for asking follow up questions for why I was given a different medication than what I was prescribed. She gave me no explanation why the medication was changed without warning and could not answer any of my questions about if what I was given was a similar formulation. My doctor was also never contacted about the change. I had to call a different cvs to get my questions answered, and they actually took the time to look up the differences and explain them to me. The only positive experience of my last visit was the new clerk who originally helped me.

This location is the worst CVS I've ever interacted with. The pharmacy is completely inept and has zero customer service. If you put a prescription "on hold" you should at least let the patient or the provider know. My provider called numerous times and couldn't get more info. I had to talk to three different pharmacists on four occasions and none of them had notes on the situation. They all told me different solutions for the "problem" but didn't like each other's solutions. The worst was Afsan who wouldn't let me get a word in during our conversation (and she had the info totally wrong so I was trying to correct her). I asked twice politely for a chance to speak, and finally, had to YELL into the phone "could you give me one second to speak please?"
