It feels like the pharmacists working here just aren’t interested in patients/customers. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes (there was no one else around) just to be told no walk-in vaccinations are possible despite a big sign saying they are.

After a long long waiting on the phone, the pharmacist finally picked up and pretended that she could not hear me. I just had a short and amazing conversation with herShe: "What is your date of birth? I cannot hear, I cannot hear you"Me: "Can you hear me now?"She: "No"Then she hung up.I completely lost it and called it back. And still, she started with "I cannot hear you". I kept screaming my date of birth at the top of my lung. I said"do not pretend you cannot hear me. This is the only way I can try to make you listen! My date of birth is MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY"She: "Can you calm down? Can you stop yelling?"Me: "No I cannot! You said you could not hear me! I tried just now! You could not hear! What else can I do!!! I am trying my best to communicate! It is MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY"Then she got it.

I went to pick up my prescriptions after removing my wisdom teeth. Long lines for the pick up window. And not friendly service at all. My face was swollen so I wanted to get my prescriptions ASAP so I can head back home. When it was finally my turn, she told me to wait for another 30 minutes or so. I can either come back to the line or hear my name is called. So I have to wait in the line again and wait for another about half an hour. Those people there just don't have any simple empathy.

The pharmacist lady there was so rude. My prescription was ready at 7:47pm and I got there at 7:53pm because I really needed it that day and she cut off the line and said I can’t take you. She literal just needed to hand it to me and I really needed my prescription that day and I said that. Horrible customer service

The service at the store is just getting worse and worse. You can just tell from their face “ I don’t give a S$&T”…I wonder the manager is qualified or not to be a good team leader and store manager.
