I love this pharmacy. To get all my prescriptions here and all the ones I pick up for other people and the pharmacist is super friendly and all of the people that work here are super friendly. You can use a good RX coupon or sometimes you could ask the person if they book up a coupon for you to save some money. Highly recommended!

horrible experience at the pharmacy - my provider called in my prescription due to urgency and the pharmacist said it never was called in - what LIARS! very unprofessional.

This is my favorite pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are competent, nice, and efficient. They’re always on top of it and I really feel like I can trust this location. Great service, and awesome people, will keep using this as my pharmacy!

Pharmacie efficace, professionnelle, personnel un peu froid mais aimable, conseils personnalisés un peu rapides, mais suivi des ordonnances par SMS et sur le site internet, possibilité de les joindre par téléphone pour une question.

I called this CVS on Saratoga Ave in SJ and my experience was HORRIBLE. The person who was supposed to be in the Customer Service dept. (yeah right!) was incredibly rude. The website showed they had at home Covid tests but she was extremely rude and snapped at me they don't etc and she actually hung up on me. I will NEVER go there and from the multiple 1 star reviews it looks like many other people will not be going there again. I suggest they do some serious Customer Service training if they want to at least home some customers remaining.
