Today I experienced the absolute worst customer service experience ever!! I approached the cashier William . That’s the name he gave me being he had no name tag on. The cashier didn’t even look up , instead he said “what’s your number?.” I politely responded hello . He still repeated your number . I asked him why he didn’t greet me as he did the Caucasian customer that was in front of me ? He rudely responded “I’m just trying to get back to my job.” I tried to reorient him to the customer service expectations that I’m sure cvs has in place . However he just started to mumble something under his breath still staring down at the register . I felt so disrespectful and discriminated against that I requested a refund for my purchase . He said because I paid with cash I needed an id to return ?? That was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a human being in my entire 50 years of living . I definitely won’t ever shop there again.

used to do my OTC with Rite-Aid, but CVS is my store NOW, and saving prices, coupon specials and rewards are 1st class, what can I say, no comparison where else !

Do not buy a gift card from here. There's clearly an employee committing gift card fraud here. We purchased an Amazon gift card and it was redeemed before the person we gave it to could. Amazon sees who the person is that redeemed it so hopefully they will take action against them. We also went in to speak with the manager, and the manager dismissed us right away before even hearing us out. This location is extremely ghetto and unprofessional. It's safer to purchase digital gift cards directly from the company than purchasing it at CVS.

Don't know what happened in the last month or so, but their service and new staff have been terrible! I always come here for my household's prescriptions. There were some unacceptable and unethical practice but I won't bore you with the details, this was the final straw for me to switch to a different CVS, and so far, I've loved the experience at my new CVS.

Went to pick up photos that we ordered which were 77 total and I was missing specific photos and I decided to count count all of the photos and sure enough 46 photos were present vs the 77 that I had ordered! I brought my concerns up with the store manager Anthony and instead of trouble shopping or trying to resolve the problem all he said was “oh you can call the corporate number to further discuss” really?!?! I even let him know that his store is stealing from the customer and he acted like he could care less as he had more important things to take care of since the registers were down. He had no business being a manager but then again it’s hard to get good help these days.
