Went to pick up photos that we ordered which were 77 total and I was missing specific photos and I decided to count count all of the photos and sure enough 46 photos were present vs the 77 that I had ordered! I brought my concerns up with the store manager Anthony and instead of trouble shopping or trying to resolve the problem all he said was “oh you can call the corporate number to further discuss” really?!?! I even let him know that his store is stealing from the customer and he acted like he could care less as he had more important things to take care of since the registers were down. He had no business being a manager but then again it’s hard to get good help these days.

Don't do photo prints here. Their printer or quality checker is absolute trash. Even if they refund you, the lost of time overall is enough.

The nurse? Only wants to treat everything like it's COVID 19! She is a liar the machine tells her Covid not Covid COVID 19. I have a runny nose cough and sore throat with aches in my body. I don't have respiratory issues. She is just pushing PAXLOVID ON EVERY ONE THAT COMES IN. FIND A REAL DOCTOR I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CVS FOR MINUTE CLINIC. HORRIBLE LIAR GOD KNOWS WHAT YOUR DOING!!!

Even though the store was so busy but employees here were so nice and patient especially Luz. She suggested me to enter my phone number in order to get discount. I’m so happy with her service. ?

Luz at the register ignored me when I asked if she could call an employee to open a locked item that I needed to purchase. Then, I had to wait in line at the pharmacy so that they can call an employee to assist me. I give 5 stars to the pharmacy and zero stars to Luz who works at the register. The young lady who arrived to help me obtain the locked product is Serenity and she was very nice and professional; she helped me find a few things that I couldn’t find. I give 5 stars to Serenity for providing excellent customer service and she had a big smile.

We came here to take some passport photos. It was painful. First, there is really no one around to help you, so you have to get in line at the register just to ask for someone to take your photos, and then wait again. Then, they had to take the photos twice, by two different employees, because the first ones were rejected by the machine. Once we were done, we needed to wait in line one more time! Everyone seemed rude and unhappy to be working there, but that’s not necessarily the employees fault, they clearly need more help. The photos were really bad by the way, but well, we needed them just for someone official documentation

The pharmacy (not the general store) staff is arrogant with a stank attitude and no regard for patient satisfaction. The one time I sent my prescription there, there were 7 blue scrubs behind the pharmacy counter doing good knows what and the patient queue for prescription pickups was a mile long. Never sending my prescription there again

I love the pharmacy here. The employees are super helpful and patient. I liked this one so much that even though I live closer to another CVS, I get my refills from this location.The front cashiers always have really long lines so I try to only go if I need to pick up a prescription so I can just pay for my non-prescription items at the pharmacy too.Ample ♿️ accessible parking in front of the store and the entrance doors are wide to accommodate accessibility needs.

Wish I could give it negative stars. Too many issues to list them all but don’t trust the photo department with you precious memories. They discarded irreplaceable phots from my late mother without ever bothering to let me know and the upper management doesn’t even have the courtesy to admit their mistake and apologize.

Like every other post here has said, my personal experience shopping here felt really disrespectful. The caucasian middle-age lady with shiny glasses at the checkout explained to me how their coupon works in a very rude, discriminatory and unkind tone, that will only make herself look very very poor. The employees here need to know basic manners and respect, before everything else, to be working in service jobs.

Understaffed pharmacy. Disorganized and disoriented. Uncourteous people running around not knowing how to do their jobs. All around a mess. Would stay away from this place unless you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to pickup a prescription.

The cashier provided excellent customer service going above and beyond to make sure that I was able to take advantage of all the rewards discounts and manufacturer coupons I had. She saved me over $40.00 which was about 33% of my total receipt. She was very thorough and took the time to read the details on the rewards ticket and compare the offer to what I had purchased. She even called another checker to take care of the other customers in line so she could take her time and process things correctly. She also explained why there were some rewards discounts I did not receive. I was at the CVS on Snell Ave. and Blossom Hill Rd. on Friday July 28, 2023 just before 11:00 am.

CVS Blossom Hill in San Jose is always inviting, friendly, clean, and attractive. I must add that it always seem 'homey' as I enter and receive a friendly greeting from the elderly Lady Teller (sorry I forgot her name) up front who smiles, is pleasant, and kind! Most of all, she is very informative! Oh! And so very patient! I am a teacher and the quality of being patient is very important. So when I enter CVS Blossom Hill, I fell like I am a student returning 'home' to my favorite classroom! Sorry I can't remember her name right now, but she is one of the reasons I go 'home' to CVS Blossom Hill so often! In addition, the quality of products, the attractive display, and the prices are just RIGHT! Honestly, I don't really like going shopping. I tend to ask my daughters to do so. I give them the list and they get the items. But going to CVS has become a pleasure and despite my busy schedule. The Care Pass is a great incentive, I visit CVS Blossom Hill often and will continue to do so!
