The Delmas Park Apartments in San Jose are a decent option for those looking for an affordable living arrangement. While the apartments themselves are nothing to write home about, they provide the basic necessities for comfortable living. Don't expect any fancy amenities, but you will have access to laundry facilities and a small parking lot.The location of the complex is relatively convenient, with easy access to 280 and 87 freeway, public transportation and nearby stores and restaurants. However, the neighborhood can be a bit noisy and congested at times, so be prepared for some traffic and street noise.Overall, the Delmas Park Apartments are a suitable choice for those on a budget who don't require a lot of frills. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, but don't expect any luxury amenities or features.
