The supervisor Lee has the worst and the most aggressive attitude toward customer. I mistaken this office for DMV and ask questions and explain my situation. He started to insult me to deceive him and I was smarter than I am. The he gets really upset to tell me to call my lawyer. Such a disgrace and he is the supervisor of the branch. The other people in the office seems nice and professional.

THIS IS NOT A REGULAR DMV...Don't make that mistake...It's actually two DMV branches / offices combined into one:- DMV Driver Safety Office&- Occupational Licensing (local San Jose branch for Santa Clara County Branch)My review is for the Occupational Licensing. Things have taken a nose dive since the pandemic. The hours are strange; horrible hours...they're barely open. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone...even when I did go there in person, nobody form the branch was present. I had to call the main office in Sacramento for simple answers regarding my occupational license.The website states: Limited Service LocationsThey weren't kidding...This office sucks...

Don't pay online for real ID.They will won't see it and tell you to make another payment in person, then you need to fill out a refund form. Online system is trash!

Rude to me about my documents too, "can you lower your voice" "stop interrupting me" when the lady was like going off and wouldn't even let me talk and explain my issue. I dared to call them out for not accepting my doctors faxes for over a month. We need a government agency to supervise the dmv. I think their employee Ana just wants to be rude to anyone who has a license suspension. No, she's just mad she had to get off her a** and do any work. Seriously grow up, my suspension is due to a medical issue NOT a dui. And if my hearing officer had my medical docs faster then I would have it cleared. Don't be rude to me because you have to answer a phone call. Lol I never want to talk to the dmv again.

I was on the phone with a woman discussing my schedule for a court case. Instead of helping me she was arguing with me and attacking me throughout the whole phone call. When I wanted a schedule she hung up on me. She was very rude and argumentative. She never gave me her name and that’s probably because she knows she has a nasty attitude. She had an Indian accent I think, but that’s the only other description I have. Management needs to correct and retrain their staff because I’m pretty sure being hostile isn’t part of the job. Do better.

The office itself is good and good at helping out customers. However, this one driving instructor was beyond horrible. He did not even give me the time of day to show what skills I needed to show for the driving test. He literally took me in a circle and failed me. He was very arrogant and in a hurry.

Virginia was very rude and disrespectful and was no help. i ask to talk her supervisor she tell me that her supervisor was out to lunch and to call back in an hour. I ask well is there any other supervisor i can talk to she tells me they all out to lunch and to call back in an hour.

This is the quickest and most efficient dmv location I have gone to. Easy to find and lots of parking. The line didn't take very long at all. The employees were helpful and friendly. I was in and out within 30 min. This DMV does not do all services but it does handle license, is, change of address etc.

Horrific customer service they took my id photo with my eyes closed and it was printed like that for years. They gave my mom and sister attitudes they were extremely rude and mean and attitude when we asked a simple question. DO NOT COME HERE STAFF IS BITCHES. They literally were yelling horrific environment nothing more says I hate my job then them

I am concerned that I was issued an unsatisfactory evaluation on the test.The comment that I did not look in mirror was incorrect. I did look in mirror when negotiating a right turn. I always do. There was no bike rider in the lane. As to a pedestrian at the crosswalk. Yes, she was there. But I had the right away. She had a red light. What do I do to get this corrected? I don't think I failed the test.

I request to all people please don’t come to this place. They don’t help and speak rudely. I want give zero star but the star starts from the one
