Things are very streamlined now.. was in and out for a driver's license renewal in less than 20 mins. Helpful that the website provides appointment and non appointment waiting times

Unusual line in front of building almost one hour just to get a number …. No idea what are the best days or hours to be able to get a faster service

Very crowded in the afternoon. Got a number for the line online helped, but when it was my turn at the counter, it turned out I need to fill out a form there then wait in line. So had to get a new number to wait on line again. So good idea, but bad implementation on DMV part.
