We don’t have a DSW in our town here in the Bay Area. So when I went in went out while I was in San Jose, I was shocked to find out that they sell betsy Johnson shoes! OK now you’ve got me hooked!

Never shopped at DSW until now, it was large indeed but there was less on display (at least for mens) than I was expecting. I came in for work shoes but they didn't have a dedicated section for nonslips. I left empty handed but found what I wanted on their website, then ordered online to pick up in store. I only interacted with 1 staff member, but he was friendly and sociable. No issues there.
I would come back again, it's way more convenient than going to the mall or waiting a week for a delivery to arrive.

This is the largest DSW I've been to. It is clean and well-organised. The cashiers were friendly. I came to buy new work shoes and there were plenty of options to choose from. They have just about every type of shoe you could need.

I didn't even want to give them one star. There were two ladies up in front who didn't even greet us. They just sat there, talking to each other and not helping any customers. I asked him about boots, and they just pointed in other directions, and didn't even attempt to show me very disappointed in this place.
