Unfortunately the service is very bad, I advise you if you are going to serve people badly, it is better not to come, because you lose customers. The bread is tasty. But pay attention.

Very bad service, they only want cash, only money and they don't accept cards, it's a shame because of my craving for bread I had to swallow it and go down with just water.I hate this bad type of non service it seems like they don't want to sell! ???????

The bread is good, I have had birthday cakes made and they are good, they are fresh, the tamales are very large and it is more dough than chicken, meat or cheese... the service is more good than bad, it depends on the person who serves you... But most of the times I've been there they are always talking to each other and hardly pay attention to you and you have to repeat what you need....but I do recommend it in itself, it's more good than bad.Parking: He always parked me in arteagas...

The product is good, the small problem that I see is that they supposedly close at 9.45 pm, three times it arrived before 9.40 and they are already closed. They should change their schedule so as not to waste customers' time. They should close at the time they schedule that. I think it's not good for business.

My favorite pan dulce in San Jose! I've brought it to potlucks, work, and even get myself some just because. Never fails.

One of the top three panaderias in the south bay. The conchas are always soft and flavorful. The staff are polite and quick. The store has plenty of selection for pan dulce and is clean. I highly recommend this location!

The pan dulce here is unusually good. Bread shouldn't taste this good even 3 days after you buy it!

This bakery has potential but lately they been really disappointing. Seems like they rather sell you some old bread rather than pulling out the fresh one in the back to avoid throwing away any bread and I would understand if it was mid day but I go first thing in the morning so expect freshly baked bread not bread from the night before.

being from out of town and visiting this bakery I was excited. I was really disappointed in the customer service. in Sacramento we have different names of different types of breads and each time we said something we got corrected and it wasn't a nice way to be corrected no customer service skills the ladies that were working on Sunday morning we're not professional carrying on their own conversations and just laughing hard as a consumer I probably would not go back to this bakery if I'm ever back in the San Jose area the product is good but the customer service is horrible siendo de fuera de la ciudad y visitando esta panadería, estaba emocionado.
