Love the ladies here they are always so kind. My daughter is 11 she chose a color she didn’t love about half way through she broke down and told us, the manager quickly had her nail artist redo them at no additional charge. I appreciate that they take their time here.

Really bad salon. The reason we choose to pay for nail services is expertise...well, these people don't know what they are doing. My wife came home with streaks of polish on her nails. It looks horrible.

Unsanitary place. The manicurist used plastic nail clips (for gel removal) from a previous client. She was pulling out old crusty cotton balls out of the clips. It had pieces of red nail polish stuck to it. Yuck.

I wanted a little pampering with a friend for my 60th birthday, so made an appointment for us on my special day, to have a pedicure. We arrived on time and my friend sat down in the chair a couple of minutes before me as she had chosen her colors already. Someone immediately started working on her nails and the massage treatment. When I sat down I had to wait over 40 minutes before anyone worked on me. I had the sad experience of watching my friend get pampered as I sat and was not attended to. I pointed out the wait time to “Tammy” the manager who just said “sorry”. When my friend paid for us, there was no offer of compensation or a coupon etc for a future visit. If I make an appointment the manager needs to ensure that there are enough employees available to honor it. I called “Tammy” asking to talk to the owner a couple of days later, but she was not available, she supposedly took a message but I never got a call back. I called again for the manager a day later and “Tammy” hung up on me, which I found insulting. Customer service here was very poor.

One out of the two salons I go to My fav nail lady i've been consistently going to was all booked and I had to get my nails done for a dinner that night so I swung by Emily's Nail Salon. I booked an appointment over the phone to make sure that I had a spot when I got there. Parking wasn't hard to find and once I stepped through the doors, I was seated immediately and Kathy got started. (I believe she's the store owner). Kathy/Thi did everything so carefully and speedy. This time I only went for a solid colored acrylic with french tips but nevertheless it was gorgeous! I definitely recommend swinging by here and asking for Kathy! Thank you for saving my nails for my dinner date, haha! Pros: - price is fair - service is great - super sweet employees - easy parking

I live in Palo Alto but my office is in Saratoga so i decided to stop by for a mani pedi. I am very impressed overall with the ladies that did my mani pedi but even more impressed with Vy ( I hoped I spelt her name correctly). She was amazing, the best Pedi i've had in a long time. I'm coming back every two weeks because of her. I like people that care about their work regardless of the profession.

I went in to get my nails done for a trip I'm going on to celebrate my completion of school. I asked for a full set of acrylics and sat down at Annie's station. As she was putting on the acrylic tips, I noticed that most of them were crooked but assumed she would straighten them out as she cut them down the length I asked for. She trimmed them down but they were still crooked. I pointed this out and she said she would file them to be straight. She started putting on the powder acrylic and let that set. She began filing the nails and when she was done. They were still crooked. I also asked for a coffin shape, and left with square. Many people who get acrylics know which shape looks best on them and want to leave with that shape. As she was using the drill to smooth out the nail, she cut multiple fingers. Blood started to pool on my nail beds, which she then decided to rub acetone on, making them burn, but I guess it's clean. She painted my nails and I left. After leaving, I noticed the color was very splotchy in some areas and the nails were not smooth enough, which caused those little bumps to form. None of nails are the same length. When I match up one finger from both hands, one is dramatically shorter. I continuously told her that they were not the same length and she said she would fix it, which she obviously did not. I also noticed that when I pull the skin down on my nails, my nail is not fully covered with the acrylic nail. I am able to put another nail between the acrylic nail and my real nail. When this happens after I have a set for a long time, I know they are about to pop off. I am so disappointed in the service I received today. This was one of my favorite nail salons in the area and now I will never be returning. It is hurtful when I continue to say that something is off and she does not fix it. Why am I paying for something I did not ask for. I am not a confrontational person, so even pointing out the length issue and the crookedness was out of the box for me. Regardless, I paid and immediately left. One other important thing I noticed: none of their manicurist licenses were at their stations, which leads me to believe that they do not have them. Every other nail salon that I have been to has their licenses at their station. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and do NOT recommend this nail salon.

I have been a regular customer at Emily’s Nail Salon for 4 years. I had an unfortunate experience yesterday and I’m writing to warn other patrons. I love most all of the technicians and I tip at least 25%, but yesterday I had a technician, and I unfortunately don’t know her name, but after I gave her a cash tip, she overcharged my manicure. Instead of running my card for $20, she ran it for $25 and very deliberately held the receipt down to cover the amount she charged me. It was not the woman who usually sits at the front desk, it was another woman who has been working there as long as I have been going there. I will never go back again.Services: Pedicures

They are great here! One of the best pedicures and manicures I've had in awhile. They took their time and did a great job.

I went in for a polish pedicure, and I had my person stop doing my nails to move to another guest. When she came back to touch my foot, her hands were not washed!!! Please sanitize when going from one customers body to another. This is seriously the worst experience ever here!!!
