I recently purchased a used Infiniti G37 from this car dealership, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I had to drive 50 miles just to see the car, and then return on the weekend to finalize the purchase. While we were excited about the car itself, the dealership's attitude and service left much to be desired.First and foremost, we asked the dealer if he could simply fill up the tank so that we could drive the car back home. It's a small request, right? Well, apparently not for this dealership. The dealer not only refused our reasonable request but had the audacity to insult us by offering a measly $5 to cover the cost of filling the tank ourselves. To make matters worse, when we received the car, it had less than a quarter tank of gas, and the interior was in an appalling state. It was dirty, dusty, and far from the standard one would expect when purchasing a used car.Additionally, the dealership's punctuality was severely lacking. He late on the day of the purchase, which further added to our frustration and impatience. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I can say with certainty that I will never do business with this dealership again. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them, and they don't seem to care about the condition in which they deliver their vehicles.I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to take their business elsewhere, where they can expect better treatment and more professional service. This dealership's lack of consideration and professionalism is a clear indication that they do not deserve your hard-earned money.

My daughter wanted a specific model and year of Honda that was hard to find. I found one at Empire Auto Sales in San Jose. Buying a used car is always a risky venture, so I researched the car history and read the dealer reviews and made the drive from Sacramento to San Jose. I was a bit skeptical because this appeared to be a one man operation, appointment only. But the owner met me at the agreed time, showed me the car (whose appearance and condition matched what I had seen online), let me test drive it, and told me right up front that he does not negotiate on the price. Since it was an older model with a spotty Carfax maintenance record, I hired a mobile mechanic to do an inspection. While I was waiting, the owner and I had a long conversation where he told me about his business model and how he operates. He was friendly and seemed to be genuine and honest. The mechanic said that the car seemed to be in good condition. The price was a bit more than I was hoping to pay, but it was fair (like I said, this car was hard to find), and my daughter now has the car that she wanted. When you buy a car "as is - no warranty" you have to know that there are risks. But if you see a car at Empire that you are interested in, do your research, give him a call, check out the car, and see if it is the right car for you.

If I can give a negative review I would!! Before buying from this guy make sure you check everything is good with the car because he will try to get money out of you! Bought a 2007 Infiniti G35 (July 18,2021) and not even 2 days later my thermostat goes out , a $400 repair, and I tell him about and he can't do anything about it's not his problem, 2 weeks later and now I'm dealing with another problem with my car! He will tell you that his mechanic checked the car and that everything is perfect condition, now I'm down $1k trying to fix the issue with the car that he said was supposedly in perfect condition!!! I wouldn't recommend buying from this guy or dealership, better off going to someone else than this guy!!!

We saw a beautiful car on line and contacted Empire Auto. He got right back to me and we drove over 3 hours to see it. It was even nicer than pictured and the friendly service and great attitude made the experience very enjoyable, I highly recommend them and would buy from them again and thank you Empire for the great car!
