Definitely not the best laundromat.A lot of the machines don't work, there are no "Out of Order" signs on them which causes people to lose money.This place is managed by the people who work in the 7-11 two doors down so it's a hassle to get any assistance. The change machines are always empty or broken.It's very dirty.There is a .bathroom but it's not open to customers.

It's called Laundrolux I think. It's clean and machines get fixed quickly. Options for cash and credit card.

This laundromat is under new ownership, and the prices have increased drastically. This used to be my go to place on the east side, but this will be my last time coming here. Not only have the prices increased, but they have very few machines left that you can pay with your card. So dissatisfied.

Attendants are good and helpful. I went on a Thursday afternoon. It was busy but not crazy busy, I had to wait for 4 minutes for the super large machine was all. No wait for other machines.

Love doing business here. They appreciate theie customers. Will continue to come here because of too notch services. Clean environment and great working machines. Very convenient too because you can use both cash and card.

Horrible service in Lafayette, Louisiana Johnston street location, the attendant insults customer's and questions them like a criminal if the machine takes their money and refuses too have owner call customers when requested

Been coming here for years. Recently new washing machines have been installed. Very nice but new machines don’t take credit cards and the change machine doesn’t work either. Very frustrating since I only had bills. I was told the credit card slots would be installed soon. A couple of months later, still no credit card slots and change machine still out of order. They will give change at the window but only after you put your laundry in the machine. They should have a sign up to explain this.
