Beware of this man. He does not communicate, your policies will not be correct - EVER. While he may answer your emails in a timely manner, getting anything done is like pulling teeth. Worst customer service ever.

Jason is a SCUMBAG! I had a home owners insurance policy with Farmers which he processed and was very responsive when I was signing up. Recently, I needed to cancel the policy and I experienced no responses from him over a period of 2 weeks. Finally got him on the phone and he lied through his teeth that he's already cancelled it and I should receive my refund shortly! Upon calling Farmer's, they confirmed that the policy was still active (I could see online as well) - the customer service representative then cancelled my policy, sent me a cancellation email with the refund info. The whole phone call took about 5 mins - and the scumbag Jason could not do it for his customer of 5 years!! I was wondering how useful (not) he would be if I had an actual claim! Save yourself the trouble, call Farmer's directly with your needs and avoid getting policies from Jason unless you don't care about customer service!

Beware of dealing with Jason. He lures you in to become a client but if you need to cancel a policy, he will give you lip service and will leave you hanging when fighting for a refund. A very unprofessional way of conducting business.

I notified Jason ahead of time to update the start date of my insurance policy and his response is highly unprofessional.

Unfortunately he ghosted us the minute we wanted to potentially cancel our policies and switch to another carrier because the premiums kept increasing with Farmers. Literally it was like he had moved to the moon - no response despite multiple attempts at phone, email, etc. I had to call the corporate office who kept telling me to go through my agent. Well what do you do when your agent does not respond to calls or emails? Seems like we are not unique in experiencing this unprofessional behavior...

I was first satisfied for the quick service and sincerity, but he suddenly raised my auto policy over by $200 and does not answer the phone!! I've been trying to get a hold of him for over a month now and still nothing. I've contacted corporate and hopefully things would get sorted out... And seems like I'm not the only one who's been through similar situations. Be careful people. Update: Today I called him with a different number, he answered but told me he was unable to pull up information. Still being billed with numbers that can't be explained. Supposedly there would-be an investigation going on soon.
