I went in to drop off a prepaid package for FedEx at 9:00 pm, waited 15 minutes for the Lady managing the shipping to get around to helping me (the store was empty, I was the only customer) only to have her tell me (with a straight face) she couldn't accept any FedEx packages after 9, so I went to another Walgreens down the street, where the manager immediately took care of me and logged in my package. What a ridiculous experience. I won't go back to that Walgreens again.

Wow, this place has changed! I used to work there in 1992, when it was just Kinko's. There used to be an awesome deli across the street, I see it's gone now.

They don’t even have a scanner to print you the label. What is even the point of having this place labeled as fedex if you can’t even do the basics of scanning the product.

This is in regards to a recent request to ship a package from Santa Ana to a location in San Jose. Usually, no problems with using Fedex services, however the last 3 to 4 packages I have shipped with Fedex have shown up late or have gone to the wrong destinations. With this recent one, the package arrived at a store location for Fedex instead of the original destination. Talking with the customer service, they told me that it was not possible to deliver to the correct address and they would have to send the package back even though they dropped the package off at the wrong destination. Thus causing the whole shipment to be missed to our client. Not sure what's going on at Fedex, maybe the holidays, but this is no excuse to misdeliver packages and then refusing to correct it. You only had 6 miles from the drop off point and you missed it. Not saying we'll not use Fedex ever again, but mishaps like these are causing us to look for other delivery options.

The worse service ever. Not sure why you can't provide a time frame for delivery and after 5 phone calls with representatives, apps and managing delivery wasted two days waiting for an important package to arrive. If I could I would give it 0 stars. DHL and UPS is a much better choice. Would never ever choose Fedex for any needs.

One again this Fedex Branch disappoints. I was going to order 1 stretched canvass print to see what it was like in preparation for an order of 100 -- this is what happened to me today: 1. The guy gave me all the information I wanted after I showed him a sample from another supplier. Their rates were super pricey and but I figured I'd give them a chance since it might save me time on producing my order. 2. Some 'expert' millenial took over, Immediately I sensed a problem after I handed her a thumb drive-- she asked for the filename ( which happens to be 32 digits alphanumeric) so I asked her to show me a preview on her screen. I asked her to increase the tile size so we could preview the files. 3. She didn't know how to change the view and insisted I only had Pdfs in ther and a Word Doc. I insisted that my files were JPG and if only she could increae th tile size so we could preview it. She refused to do it or didn't know how. 4. I then went to their printer and spent maybe a $ 1 to print out my file as proof that it wasn't pdf and it was there. 5. She opened the thumb drive again and I asked her AGAIN to switch her view and I had to actually tell her right mouse click select large tile and lo and behold my files show up on the preview -- we were now 15 minutes into this. 6. She then wanted to charge me $ 7.00 to resize the file. I told her she didn't need to alter the file I told her to change her output settings to 'stretch to fit' (which does not alter the file-- you're just changing output). She said "that's not how it works in Fedex.". Well, I know exactly how it works because my company used to do all their printed materials in house. Since I told that this lady was "the best" I can only assume that it is Fedex's policy to nickel and dime their customers -- too bad Fedex, you lost a $ 3,300 order today and probably fifty times that in future orders. "The customer always comes first." is a mantra that MY own business practices and Fedex doesn't. They believe in "It will be $ 7.00 to resize your file." Go pack yourself Fedex, the Plant in San Jose. BTW, most of the 5 star reviews on this awful place are scripted fakes.

They don’t take medium sized or bigger packages and they let you stand in line for ten minutes before telling you.

I would have given zero stars if possible. The attendant was extremely rude and asked for documents I've never have to furnish at FedEx for sending out some mail. She even told me to go the USPS since it's cheaper and has less pre requisite documents in a very derogatory manner. Poor customer service!

I will first explain that I love working with everyone employed there when I drop packages except for two employees. I can't remember their names but one is a cranky unpleasant old woman and the other is a short, plump woman with glasses (new). I have been dropping off packages there for over a year and at least 3 times a week. When the scamdemic started they posted a mask wearing policy on the front door, essentially mask is required EXCEPT if a medical condition prevents it. I cannot wear a mask due to a respiratory issue. The manager, Brian, has always been respectful of my not wearing one as are most of the other employees, except the two mentioned earlier. The new woman rudely said "You have to wear a mask!". I replied, "no I don't, and your store policy posted on the door says so." She kept arguing with me that I had to wear a mask. The old cranky lady asked me to wait outside for my receipt which I gladly did. When the old cranky lady came out to hand me the receipt, I said thank you and asked her if she could please educate her fellow employee in their mask policy. The old cranky lady rudely replied "Have a nice day!" And closed the door. Life is stressful enough without having to deal with this rude, callous, power tripping and condescending behavior from ignorant employees who need lessons in manners and customer service. And to the rude short plump woman with glasses...INDONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT PAY TAXES AND DIE!

They didn't deliver my next day parcel because of an incorrect address written by the clerk. Then wanted more money to deliver to the correct address! What a scam!

If you are a woman, I highly recommend you do not come here. I was just severely harassed by the two gentlemen working today 3/22/21. I asked how to ship my shipment and that I needed boxes...I didn't get a friendly answer and at that point I felt very uncomfortable. Neither men were wearing a mask inside the business. I walked out because I felt very unsafe and they followed me and called me names as I got into my car.

After calling several print and copy places on the eastside of San Jose , I finally found someone professional and bilingual at the Fed Ex near downtown. PEDRO is the best, he helped my In-laws out and was very patient with them, even though they were about to close, he stayed open a little later and he printed the documents out and faxed them back. This may seem simple butt for the elderly is can be overwhelming. Pedro was patient, kind and respectful to my suegra (Mother in law) he also spoke excellent spanish which really helped them out. I vote for Pedro as employee of the month, I hope they bring him on full time. Do yourself a favor and avoid the CVS print center or the local UPS If you need fast reliable service go with Pedro and Fed X
