Went in to print out the documents and was charged double for each black and white print. I pointed out the obvious discrepancy in the computer I was using. Showed first 1 copy and then the charging prompt said 2 and couldn't be changed. I had to do two sessions because my first session expired and I was told I had to log off to add more money. After doing this I caught the double charging in the second session. The guy told me there was nothing he could do. No wonder fedex is used for skits on improv comedy shows. It adds up. That money could have provided my family with a gallon of milk. Do better.

So I had a return package in a box that I took to the store to ship. The return box had a small gap of about half inch and 6 inches long, so the customer service person said it needs to be covered. He suggested to put in a small piece of paper, since I did not have it , he went and got a small piece of filler paper and closed that gap. Then he went ahead and charged me for $3.99 for a small piece of fillet paper, no more than a A4 size sheet.I was completely flabbergasted and for a moment thought it was a mistake. But apparently not! They told me it was FedEx policy and they cannot do anything. They have to charge me minimum of that else I've ti take it back and fill the gap myself. I did take back and went to another centre where I took my business.@FedEx is this really true that a crumpled piece of paper costs $4 ? Is that how you treat your customers ? Is there no discretion on part of the store to handle such minor things?

I paid $169 to ship a small box to overseas so that it could get delivered by thursday (is what they guaranteed) but my cousin ended up getting it on monday night which was a huge bummer given i paid extra to ensure delivery date. Staffs are friendly and nice though.

The staff here are wonderful and friendly. I have been coming here for all shipments for the last four years and never had an issue. Never really bothered to look up on Yelp or review since it has always been a smooth experience.A furniture shipment of mine got delayed and so I redirected it to hold at this location while I was out of town without paying attention to the 100 lb+ weight. When I visited for the pick up, the staff were kind enough to let me know that it might not fit in my car and that they are unable to take it back in released. I was able to dismantle it and fit it in my car. They went above and beyond to help me load a heavy box into my car and also clear out the packaging material.

The staff will greet you, but nothing beyond that unless asked. Be specific about your needs or you could end up standing in front of the self-print for several error page loops. The DropBox self-print option does not function properly. If the staff is aware of the error a warning or sign would have been appreciated.

Super slow service Yet they have a self print out if you have the QR code The man behind the counter did not even mention or ask, found out after standing for more than 10 min. The self check out is pretty cool

I had anxiety about not having the label printed pre-my drop off because the weekend prior I went to a UPS store who treated me awful for not having a printer to print the label. Lorayne was incredible. She was so kind, warm and took care of me assuring me she could help. I would come back here in a heartbeat and certainly will in the future!

We are very pleased with this new location. Parking is easy and ample. Service is excellent and friendly. My clerk, Drew, is fast, friendly, knowledgeable!

Every visit to this FedEx location is easy, fast and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. Both Rima and Drew are outstanding employees and take great pride in their work. They also provide free packing materials, masks and hand sanitizer. Great location.

If I could give zero stars, I would - not necessarily because of this store but because of FedEx service in general. I needed to ship some good quality covid masks to a frontline worker in SoCal. I paid $25 to have them delivered by 8PM the next day. They didn't arrive until 7 days after I shipped them. I called FedEx and they said they don't guarantee anything and refused to refund or even let me speak to a supervisor. I don't recommend ever using them for shipments you would like to have arrive on time!

My FedEx Office was exceptional today thanks to Drew. He made copies for me...a basic request, but Drew cut through the red tape and didn't charge me for his labor. Simple things, but detail oriented and courteous. On a rainy, first workday after Christmas, he took pride in his work and earned my business for next time. Thanks Drew and go Spartans!

Reading the other reviews confirms my suspicions. This place is terrible. Happy Returns has been down all times I've been here. Maybe they need new computers. Or workers. Or something. Never coming back
