Came here last week for a package pickup. Unbeknownst to me, the item was due for return to sender that same day but Zack went above and beyond to go back into the warehouse and confirm if the driver had picked it up yet. He came back a couple times to check the computer before going back into the warehouse - literally running each time. The man was so invested in ensuring I get my package as long as it was still there and sure enough, he found it! Can’t say thanks enough Zack.

They never deliver any packages, its always attempted delivery and noone shoes up. Even usps is better than these thugs

What's the point of paying 2 days shipping and waiting for the whole day to receive notification that I'm not home? And if I need it the same day, I have to go pick up myself? We paid for the service; if we have to do it ourselves, then why we have to pay? You should train drivers better rather than ignore complaints. Drivers not even attempted to deliver, just drove pass and then said we're not available I guess. This is not the first time, and if it happens again, I'll continue to complain

The driver lied about delivery. FedEx customer support didn't provide any information on how to reach the driver or FedEx local office.

Delivery Driver "tried to deliver package". I find that funny though because my package didn't require a signature. And my mailbox is right next to the street they drive up. How is it that the driver "tried to deliver" when the mailbox is right next to him and doesn't need a signature? This lazy P.O.S. couldn't even leave a note behind. Fedex has a problem hiring incompetent and lazy people who can even do the job they are PAID to do.

DISCRIMINATION EXPERIENCE!!!!!FedEx Ship Center (710 Dado St, San Jose, CA 95131) helped me arrange a package pickup at Walgreens(350 N Capitol Ave San Jose, CA 95133). During this process, I happened to be wearing a mask for personal safety. Upon retrieving my package from Walgreens, I was surprised to receive a notification from FedEx indicating that the package had been delivered and signed for by an individual identified as "C.OVID." As someone of Chinese descent, I couldn't help but interpret this situation as a possible instance of discrimination.

The FedEx driver taught me the lesson:Customer is not god, FedEx driver is.if you don’t wait for the driver at the community entrance, they will mark you absent and this is not considered as driver’s fault.And you can’t get your package is because they have mark “attempted to delivery” outside of your community.Nobody can stop these driver being lazy or irresponsible just simply because of labor shortage :)

As someone who is paranoid by nature, I was already dreading my delivery experience after reading some of the negative reviews here, and there's quite a few... but my God, my experience went by smoothly! Even arrived earlier than expected. Sorry for doubting you, FedEx!

Wish I can give 0 stars! The people who work here are so lazy and inefficient that they could not find my shipment which was there in their ware house just behind. They are all bold faced liars and don’t care about customers. They will just make sure that you make multiple trips to their location to collect your package. Just ridiculous. Hope FedEx takes notice of this review and lays off some of the inefficient people working here.

They SAVED my package! Shout out to the delivery man and the worker who brought my perishable item out 10 mins after closing I was so stressed about not being able to pick it up as it was Saturday (and they close Sunday). Thank you so so much!

Ordered something from Amazon and FedEx was the delivery service used. Got notified that package was delivered. I live in a condo and we use luxer for mailing services to store our packages. Walked down to the lobby and saw everyone's packages everywhere despite signs telling companies to use the lockers provided. The driver definitely did not care whether or not the packages got stolen
