They delivered my packages which was sent the same day to same address to 2 wrong different houses
I had to walk around my neighborhood to find the package because when they uploaded the pictures that they already dropped off the packages, what I saw that not my house at all.
And when I found one of my packages I also found that all packages that supposed to send to 4400 the woods dr are in front of that Lady’s house and her house is 600 sth and not even 4400 at all.
And I had to walk back and forth to my house almost 2 hours.
I found another one on the floor which is there is on door no house how can you uploaded the photos that you already dropped at “the front door” not even 1 house there.
This is really unprofessional and irresponsible.
Can not even believe FED EX is this much messed up.

It supposed to be closing at 6:00pm on Sunday but they shuted the door at 5:58pm and pretended not seeing me standing at the door. I understand it is Sunday and nobody wants to work. But I was speeding my way after WORK!!! This is just not right at all.

I really like FedEx Office. I can find Poly zip letter envelope $3.99, Post it Canary 4Pk $3.99, FlashDrv Silver 64GB $14.99, and Hghltr Clearview 4Pk $10.99 for 4. Especally, I print my some documents here too.

Poor customer service on repeated occasions. When I walked up to counter, clerk continued personal conversation with coworker for several minutes. Clerk was clearly bothered by my interruption. They no longer take your return package; You must use the equipment to scan it in yourself. They will begrudgingly show you how to do so. Use the alternative shipper if possible.

I personally Love shipping through FedEx, normally have a great experience. Had a really poor experience yesterday, overall poor customer service.
Went in yesterday asking if we can ship alcohol to my father in law. First employee said yes but we needed to pack it ourselves. We grab a box and bubble wrap and started packing it in the corner. Manager comes by and asks what we were shipping, we said alcohol and she say that's illegal. We obviously didn't know, we were very transparent with what we were doing. She advised we don't try to sneak it in the mail, we were offended by this assumption and said we were not trying to sneak anything. They charged us for the bubble wrap we opened, that is fair but I would not have bought overprice bubble wrap if I wasn't going to ship anything.
Overall looks like a nice storefront, might need refreshed employee trainings on customer service.
