We closed a real estate purchase recently and are very satisfied with Luisa and Jenny. They were amazingly thoughtful and considerate every step of the way. They know what they are doing and knew all of the potential pitfalls for delays. They got their ducks in a row quickly and were often waiting on the lender to proceed. They kept the ball moving. Transaction was very smooth. I would definitely use them again. They show tremendous care for the clients and do everything they can to keep the ball moving. I have no bad things to say about First American. I work with Jack and Marc regularly and they never cease to amaze me. They are extremely responsive and always willing to lend a hand whenever we had problems or questions. They're professional and very educated, but most importantly, they are always customer first. I've been selling real estate for 20+ years in the Silicon Valley and have worked with countless escrow teams in that timeframe. Sallie Manibusan and her team are simply the best in every way. They have the most important quality to me, which is that they care for our clients as much as we do. They treat every sale as if it were working for their own family, and for me that's the key difference. We would highly recommend and the team. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Marc Muniz as the escrow officer that handled the our family home's escrow in South San Jose. From the very first day, he was cheerful, professional, patient, and EXTREMELY responsive to my all questions. If he was in the office, I'd be patched through to speak with him right away. If I got his voicemail, he would return my voice messages quickly, sometimes within minutes and always the same day I'd leave a message. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction pain free and VERY easy. Looking back at all my real estate transactions, I would have to say that this one handled by Mr. Muniz was THE smoothest escrow I've ever experienced! I highly recommend him without ANY hesitation whatsoever! Five stars!!!
