I had my Sprinter work van towed to Five G's based on my tow truck driver recommendation. Im have a small business and need my work vans. They treated my work vehicle with priority. My fuel injector pump went out. They found other items in need of repairs as well. They called with options prior to working with up front reasonable prices. Work was fixed with in the reasonable time frame as given. I have since then returned for other repairs and have had great success and I highly recommend that you do too.Services: Electrical

5G's fleet and their staff is AWESOME! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. Their feedback and ability to schedule ahead, has helped us continue to plan accordingly. Thank you 5G's! Keep up the great work.

My friend took her car to these people and forced her to leave her car at their shop because other wise it would "die" on her on her way home! So she did and they said she needed a new alternator but after paying almost $800 (alternators cost the most $200 and an hour to fix) her car still didn't work and had to get a jump the next day after picking it up from these people. She called to tell them her car is still not working properly as they said it would and they told her they would have to charge her for MORE repairs!! After she already paid them almost $800!! Do not go with these people. And they are refusing to refund her and flagging her reviews so people can't see!! Very bad business.

I was having some problems with my car & was referred by a friend to come here. I was told that this was a very honest & helpful shop, however my experience proved otherwise. I was told that I needed to replace my alternator. Replaced it & the day that I picked up my car, it acted the same way as when I brought it in. When I pointed it out, they said that everything was tested & running fine. I asked if I needed to replace the battery & they said no, it was fine. The next day I had to jump my car. I talked to them & they said my battery had gone bad and now that needed to be replaced. This didn't make sense to me at all because they had literally reassured me the day before that my battery was okay and although I pointed out how it still wasn't working right they said it was fine. I started getting doubts so I called about 15 other mechanics to ask for their opinions. Each mechanic told me that 1) it sounded like an issue with the battery from the start & that my car is too new to need to have the alternator replaced 2) they overcharged me & 3) they misdiagnosed my car = poor workmanship. According to Hector, my alternator had been so bad that it "fried" my battery. When I asked why when I picked up my car I was told that my battery was tested & okay, their answer was "well because it happened overnight." ??? Make it make sense lol. I went back and forth with the mechanic & his wife for 1 hour. They kept trying to explain to me how my car & the parts work, but my point was that I paid a lot of money for my car to get FIXED & it NEVER got fixed. I addressed my concern when I picked my car up the first time & was assured that even with my car still acting funny, everything was okay. Now all of the sudden it "happened overnight" & I'm pressured to pay more money for a new battery. After an hour of going back and forth, Hector, the mechanic, told me that since I wasn't happy he would put the old part back on my car, free of charge & give me a refund. Then his wife came in & told me they have to charge me for labor. She talked to Hector & then changed it to "ok we'll do it for free but if you come back to get it fixed because we were right then I'm charging you double." I got my old part put back on & my money back. I was lectured many times by Hector & his wife that my car would die on me while driving anytime soon. I plan on going to another shop to get it looked at, but in the meantime my car is running just fine. *Mind you that when I brought my car in, they told me I needed to fix it ASAP because I probably wouldn't even make it 7 miles without the car dying on me. They told me to leave my car there so I don't have to pay for a tow. My car was suppose to be done in 2 hours but apparently the first part they ordered was "defective," and they wouldn't get another one until Monday, so I had to leave my car there over the weekend. I paid over $200 for a rental because they didn't have a loaner. This gets me more mad because they pressured & scared me into leaving my car there, leaving me with no choice but to spend money on a rental. I paid all that money for a rental & my car wasn't even fixed when I picked it up & now apparently I have to pay more money to fix it again. This place has the worst customer service ever!!! I can tell that all they care about is money and they are very manipulative with it. It seems like they don't know how to properly diagnose a car & it's just a guessing game with them. I will never be back here again & would not recommend this place to anyone. **Update** after they installed my old part back on, I went to another mechanic who tested my old alternator and said it was fine. I just needed a new battery. Replaced it and my car is running perfect now! Also they keep flagging my Google review as "false" so that it won't show. Don't trust this business at all.
