Hello everyone. Share my experience with Maintenance services in the apartment complex Fontaines at River Oaks. First create the ticket. The next day Mauricio ( technician) diagnosed our dishwasher and replaced the pump. Unfortunately there are two issues happening. Anyway, the next day Mauricio replaced the whole dishwasher due to the main controller failing. It takes two days but the care is important and the attention of our problem too. Thank you Mauricio and team.

Pamela MasonEssex Apartment Homes is awful. I moved into and have lived at The Fountains at River Oaks in San Jose California since 2019. Over the years this place has gone downhill. This place is already overpriced living here in the San Jose Bay Area. There is no one ever at the leasing office to speak with anymore. I have to sign and resign my annual lease which has 61 pages countless times per year because of their outdated IT system. To add to the nightmare I have to submit and resubmit a simple insurance verification that goes to their faulty IT page. That again hounded me for months on end to resubmit due to their outdated IT system. Living here is a nightmare. I have emails and documents pleading for an executive leader at the corporate office (not a leasing or community agent) to help me and its silence. Shame on you. I WILL be taking this further. And tell your team to stop harassing me with emails and calls. I have paid every single dime and have no balance even though you are trying to say I own 139 dollars. Shame on you. Dont do it people. Dont rent by these owners. They are awful. My 2024 lease has been signed by us both. Stop the harassment. Shame on your and fix your IT, and record keeping and customer service. You are awful.

Really happy with the service at Fountains at River Oaks! I had a bit of a mishap where my toilet tank broke and started leaking everywhere. To make matters worse, I was away for two months, so I didn't submit any maintenance request in time, which I'm sure wasn't fun for my downstairs neighbor (so sorry about that!). But then Mauricio came to the rescue. He was incredibly nice and managed to fix the whole situation in just an hour. On top of that, he even helped me with a sink that was clogged. I'm truly thankful for the fantastic service and the help I received. Big shoutout to the team here for their amazing support!

I recently moved to Fountains and Rivers Oaks and Mauricio of the maintenance team is great. He is courteous, responsive, effective and solves all maintenance issues very quickly.

My wife and I moved here earlier in 2023 and we love it! Recently, we had an ant problem. Jorge, the maintenance supervisor, was at our door in under an hour and promptly solved the issue. Thank you Jorge!I can't post a second review, but I wanted to shout out Mauricio for his fantastic work as well. He is super polite and always smiling. He even took off his shoes before entering without me asking. Obviously his work is the highlight, but the little things also matter a lot. Thank you Mauricio!

Mauricio from the maintenance team is exceptional! Just moved into this great community and had two very small plumbing issues. Mauricio responded quickly, and was very professional, friendly and helpful! We appreciate his hard work and dedication! Thank you!

I can't say enough about the incredible service I've received from Mauricio Herrera Paredes. He is truly a great asset to Essex.Mauricio has demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and expertise. We've lived in this property for 3.5 years. The last several months have been a hightlight to our family. We run into typical issues with disturbances and residents smoking. We are super impressed by the Customer Relation Team who are relentlessly working to resolve the issues and making our stay safe and pleasant. Thank you so much Julia, Megan, and Vanessa for everything! Special shout out to Mauricio and Jorge for your amazing services, fast response times, and wonderful courtesy in addressing all our maintenance issues. You all have made it so easy to love living in this community. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much!Recommendation to Essex: Please reinstate the permanent in-person team in the proximity (vs. virtual office only) for faster issue resolutions, communication, and healthier connection between the staffs and the residents.

This is a great community to live in and has witnessed some incredible improvements after Jorge joined the staff a few years ago. He puts his heart and soul into caring for this community, protecting the property, and attending to the needs of the residents. If you encounter any issues, Jorge's got you. His work-ethic and engagement with the community has made a huge difference, in my opinion.

I just moved in two months ago. Jorge has been very friendly, helpful, and prompt in that time. Our AC had problems and the next day it was fixed. The apartment complex is always kept clean and today. Everyone at Fountain at River Oaks Apartment is doing an excellent job.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and have been blown away by the exceptional service provided by Jorge Rojo Tamayo. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything in my apartment is functioning properly and is always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Not only is he skilled at his job, but he is also friendly and approachable, making the entire process a breeze.The apartment complex itself is also fantastic, with beautiful grounds and ample amenities. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience.
