John and his partner went above and beyond to try to rescue my wall-to-wall in areas where dogs, who had not lived inside a house before we rescued them, learned about being housebroken. Lots of communication about when they were coming, lots of tips on how to get ready, very fair price. Will definitely use them again.

Prompt communication and quality work. They were able to schedule us quickly on a weekend, did a great job on a white wall-to-wall carpet, and we're reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We have some valuable orientals AND wouldn't trust them to anyone except John. Our custom living room area rug is also in good hands. They do BEAUTIFUL work and are careful with older pieces.
