7/28 I came to this boutique that I regularly frequent and had the “pleasure” of experiencing the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a clothing store. Unsure what the cashiers name was but she was a young, caucasian female with strawberry blonde hair. Off the bat she was openly hostile towards me and claimed that the clothing I was returning was not from their store repeatedly. I provided a receipt, assured her it was and even went as far as explaining to her that it was purchased at the Francesca’s outlet in Gilroy. Still she argued that it was from somewhere else ! Without even looking at my account or scanning it first … The girl seemed agitated that she was wrong and tried to tell me that I wasn’t able to return the pajama set because it was now an undergarment? Her attitude was horrible and she threw the clothing over to her colleague stating in the future it would not be accepted …..which I also wasn’t made aware of when I purchased the PAJAMAS. Her lovely colleague was also a young lady, who took over and handled the situation with grace. She was friendly to me, she had a good attitude about it and exemplified the opposite customer service as her lead ? Whatever the case may be, the other employee should be fired !!!! She was behaving this way in front of the other customers in the store, how embarrassing and bad for business. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Francesca’s is one of my favorite boutiques to shop at. This store is well kept, very polite, and beyond helpful. The team on staff when I went created such a good atmosphere in the store. I would recommend coming here 100%. I found a handful of cute clothes for a trip I have soon. :)

Love their clothes however the sales associate needs improvement . None of the girls welcome people of a certain species if you get what I mean and that's rude. Normally in the other locations they welcome everybody. Disappointed even when I tried to apply there unfriendly managers

Horrible shopping experience. Selena charged me two times for the same transaction. Few minutes after I left the shop I saw a double charge on my credit card app and realized her mistake. I went back to politely ask her to fix it. She was rude to me, she said it was impossible, she did everything correctly and made me pay once. She said: I've been doing this for 20 years. Like if she was unable to make mistakes for this reason. I called right away the credit card company and they confirmed double transaction. She didn't want to admit that she made a mistake. Thanks to Selena I had a terrible shopping experience and she made me waste time with the credit card company. I will never step into Francesca's and I highly suggest you to do the same. They have terrible costumer associate that don't know how to process correctly a transaction.

racks are over merchandisers and too hard to shop. the bars need waxing. the sales not so great. However the staff is wonderfully helpful. Small boutique like hard to shop when crowded.

Being a customer of francesca for several years now, this trip was the most disappointing. ??Since the one at Town & Country, Palo Alto was shut down, I took a long drive to the one at Oakridge mall.There was no exclusive collection but just the usual stuff available at other random outlets. Their signature jewelry collection was missing as also the other knick knacks.Clothes were over priced inspite of the discount on them and this trip turned out to be one big disappointed one with no purchases at all.

Disappointed that this is the only store left in the south bay, needed to return some items from an online order and the store clerk made it feel very difficult.
