My son's favorite store except...I bought some pants for him as a Xmas gift and they wouldn't accept an exchange when they didn't fit him. We're $80 out and I was told by the employee that the owner specifically said no because some dust (not dirt) showed up on them. Tags still attached. My son didn't even try them on knowing that the size was wrong. Will never shop here again.

I know how stealing is, it could happen all day to a store like Fresh Society I get it. What's unnecessary is the worker being up my ass soon as I wanna look at something that's near the exit. While I look around the entire store, he's fixing every item I looked at like really? Am I really bothering you this much? I was going to just walk out. If you're gonna have a security then they need to offer costumer service to the Custy

Literally horrible customer experience. I walked into the store trying to sell black cat and red thunder 4s. I was met with immediate attitude and left after the their rudeness. Shortly after, I was literally FOLLOWED by one of the employees and told me to "take the situation outside". They shouldnt even be in the mall. Good luck to you guys, seriously

Hella overpriced and the (African American male) who was working today was disrespectful. My boyfriend was looking for a pair of pants and the guy was like I already told u these aren't ur size and we don't have ur size right now.. what he didn't know is he was looking for pants for his homeboy after they said he didn't have his size. He said it in a disrespectful way. He just lost his store from making money today. We walked right out. Everything there is very overpriced anyways.

Over priced shoes. wont return or exchange final sale .... before been told.... save your money. buy jordans or any other shoe else where. JORDANS YEZZYS NIKES PRICED 200$ OVER SECOND HAND SALE. Check the price on the shoes , clothes your interested in before purchasing. Manager said she changed 200 dollars more due to stocks prices. Some bs.

I am actually so disappointed in myself, because as much as my boyfriend and I come to this store, I have forgotten the name of the Asian girl that always helps us. She (I hope I'm using the right pronouns) literally is always there when we come in to buy anything or even just looking. I have literally gotten my boyfriend every single 49er hoodie they sell here, specifically because of the customer service we receive from her. She's super helpful, knowledgeable, is always within reach but more importantly, doesn't hover. This location is right by the Nordstrom Rack in Oakridge, so parking is always easy. I frequent both this location and the one in Valley Fair - however, this one is my favorite location because of the customer service and the fact that the person that ALWAYS helps us, remembers returning customers, even now when we have to wear masks! This location is also very clean and not as stuffed as the Valley Fair location. I find this one has more breathing room and space to walk. I've also haven't had a problem finding a size in this store but on the rare occasions that it does happen, they assist with reaching out to the other location to see if they have the particular item and size in stock - so, so helpful! There's a lot of Bape, Supreme and shoes you can't find elsewhere here too. I believe they do consignment for Yeezys and Jordans here, so don't be afraid to take a look, they just might have your size.

Best service you can find in a store. People helped me find a complete outfit in a budget just in time for sneaker con. 5 stars

They have a lot of supreme accessories. Shoes were behind the counter and were kind of hard to see. Tried to consign a kaws x Uniqlo shirt but they wanted $15 for it. Don’t know if the lowball all the time or if it is just because I’m young but not exactly a super good experience there.

Their stuff is way to overpriced I understand they are trying to make a living but I can get the same thing for 100 dollars cheaper.
