I wish to give a zero star. The staff at the store was very unprofessional and started yelling at customers just because they asked a question. And they didn't follow the rules that they should have. Never come to this store again. The Campbell one is 10 times better.

From going to one Homedepot to another their customer service remains consistent because every employee has greeted me and asked if I needed help! They have a huge selection for all your needs! The prices are great and sometimes they have unbeatable deals!

Less than zero rating! Wife ordered custom closets and they actually built them with the reversed measurements. The Manager acknowledged they were built incorrectly however Home Depot would not refund the $680. Would strongly recommend Lowes!!!

Terrible customer service on the evening of January 12th, 2024. I went in to order a premium dishwasher and the appliance sales lady was socializing with three people and claimed was helping them by a refrigerator. Stood there 25 minutes watching them chat and barely discussing the purchase of a fridge. To makes matters worse, despite knowing I was waiting, another customer came up and she started working with them too. I only needed help placing the order, everything was already decided. I ended up ordering the dishwasher from Costco.

Worst customer service level possible. Ordered item online in plenty of time for Xmas gift, the system auto populated wrong City in address, and we were screwed. Called in multiple times to correct, and got left on hold for an hour+ both times, tried correcting on their online customer service link, nothing happens. As with most, their Customer service support is out of the US. Terrible system, terrible service. Never use their online order system!!!! It's just a frustrating joke. In the end, nothing done and no package delivered. Wish there was a 0 rating.........

Just visited the Home Depot in Cupertino. I couldn't find a particular item - it wasn't where the app says it would. The associate found it for me quickly, and even later did my self-checkout for me (I didn't ask - she just did it!)

There is a good customer rep named Luis Chen. Very helpful and straightforward. Hard to find people like him nowadays. Keep up the good work and hopefully you'll become the manager one day

This review is long overdue. I want to bring awareness to our community that's thinking of using Home Depot for their home remodeling to think twice about using their service. If I could give them a less than 0 rating, I would.We were enticed by the 24-month no interest offer. It started with issues because my credit card statement did not reflect that. I had to contact the rep several times before they cleared it up.The day of the demo finally came in the early part of July. The installer carelessly covered our appliances, as you can see by the small cardboards over our oven and dishwasher. The dishwasher was pulled out without unfastening the legs. Cardboards were just thrown on the floors without taping down. His tools were just left around our house at night when he left. There were bubbles in the laminate because the installer did not clean up the dust, even though we covered the parts of the house since he did not. The cabinets were not leveled therefore this delayed in getting the countertop installed. The cabinet hinges were not even. There were parts undone. There were parts undelivered. They installed the wrong crown molding. We contacted multiple people about the lack of care and poor workmanship, without most staff responding. When a rep did come by to look at the issues, he did not take any pictures. We followed up with him after a week, and that's when he asked us to send him the pictures.We didn't hear from them in over a month after many attempts through calls and emails. We were already contacting a lawyer. Someone finally called to say new materials have arrived to fix and finish the job. It took another 2 weeks after that for another installer to come out.Our kitchen was finally finished near the end of September, almost 3 months. During most of this time , we could not use our stove to cook meals. We never got an apology or follow-up from Home Depot. Looking back, we wished that we used another vendor. For the price we paid, we probably could have gotten new cabinets instead of just refacing and new doors. In summary, Home Depot was unprofessional, unresponsive, uncaring, and provided poor workmanship. We will never use them nor recommend them.

Went to buy a patio door latch. They has two types. I brought in the old, broken part and asked their employee which one would fit my needs. Without even looking at my part, the assistant just said this is not his expertise and asked that I compare myself the old broken part to the new one. Well, if I knew I wouldn't have to ask the assistant in the first place. Was not willing to help at all. Of course ended up buying the wrong one and had to go back, wait in the return line for a while and exchange for right one. Aren't the people there working to help customers? It just felt there was no willingness to even try.

We bought a washer and dryer from HD. After the delivery team installed the W/D, the house is out of hot water due to the installation team shut off the house gas. No one warned us on the consequence. I called to ask for help and was told by Britney from escalation team that I need find a plumber to fix it by myself at my own cost. It is so frustrating. HD does not provide any help to resolve this issue.

We went there Saturday morning to buy patio chair cushions. The Home Depot app showed 10 in stock. No one knew where to find them and another employee asked the head cashier. She's an older white haired woman. Without even looking it up or anything, she said everything they have is out there. We knew she was blowing us off and not doing the job she's paid to do. We went to customer service/returns and a woman there, not sure of her name, Yasidra?, we asked for a manager. When the manager fail to appear, she stepped up and helped us. We showed her the HD app, she found the sku and located the 10 available cushions for us and got a very helpful stock person to bring them to us to purchase. Yasidra?, was very helpful and provided great customer care while getting stock off the shelf (which would otherwise sit there till spring) and satisfying a customer. Great Job Yasidra?! As far as the white haired head cashier woman, she needs retraining to understand what her job really is. Customers are precious and can go elsewhere, No customers no job! Yasidra? Saved Home Depot this customer today, thank you!

I am remodeling 2 bathrooms in my home. Paul in the plumbing department had some great suggestions and he was able to find me what I was wanting for my project and he showed me some items at a better price I was able to save some money too.. thanks Paul you were a great help ! I plan to definitely come back to the Home Depot on De Anza Blvd for all my future projects.

This store allows day workers to wonder around the cars and trucks. It is the worst home depot in santa clara County for policing this policy. You will have things stolen from your truck, I did.

I placed an order for a portable AC unit as a store pick up at this store even though it is 35 miles from my house because they had a specific model that I wanted. I placed the order this morning before the store open and it indicated they had 1 left. Later in the morning I received a call from this store saying there was an issue with my order because they no longer had the air conditioner available so they had to refund me. I said ok I completely understand these things happened. I tell the guy I'm talking to that I partially paid for the item using a Home Depot gift card, I asked if I would get refunded to that same gift card. He said he wasn't sure so he was going to ask someone else and put me on hold. He comes back and tells me that in order to get the gift card refund I had to go in person to the store for them to refund the gift card it to me. I explained that I don't live near the store and the issue with the order wasn't my fault and I really didn't want to go all the way there just to get a gift card. I told him I'm not angry because I know it's not his fault but is there someone else I can speak to to see if there's a different option. He says ok place me on hold. A few seconds later a female answers and barely says hi or her name and I had to speak first and I explained how I have a 6 month old at home and was trying to get an AC for the coming hot days and I don't really have the time to go all the way there just to get a gift card. She interrupts me and says well I don't know what to tell you because the only way to refund the gift card is as a store credit, she can only do a store credit by seeing and scanning my ID card so I obviously had to go there to do it. I asked again if we can look into another option since I'm sure people buy stuff online with gift cards and return items this can't be the only option. She then gets upset and starts repeating the store credit process and I asked her why do you have such an attitude talking to me and SHE HANGS UP! Now I was going to call back but she obviously is in a miserable mood and incompetent at her job so I decided to call the online Home Depot number. I explain the situation to the lady on the phone. She apologizes to me and in a few minutes refunds me for the AC unit to my credit card and as a store credit without an issue. She explained to me that for gift card refunds sometimes you do have to go in store to get it but you can go to any Home Depot like the one that is 2 miles from me. Which if I was given that option I would have been okay with it. After this experience I will NEVER do any purchases with this Home Depot location.
