As this is not a business that I frequent, I do have the batteries for my watch replaced there. Quite expensive though. The service is quick. They seem to have nice jewelry and some on sale. I just purchased a beautiful ring there.

Seems like they didn't wanna do the work that they advertised. Also, the one dude who works there disrespectfully threw the ring down the glass counter.

I needed to replace a diamond in my anniversary ring. Hung was kind and within a few hours, I had my ring back. He matched the missing stone, filled the worn areas, and polished it to perfection. I couldn't believe the speed and price. Hung is a pleasure to deal with. I have used this shop in the past and will continue to use and recommend.

This was the fastest and nicest service for a battery change I have ever experienced.Efficient, helpful and nice. Not even the original seller or big name jeweleries have service this good.

IMHO My sister needed to have some bracelets repaired. We initially came here to get a repair estimate but the given estimate was good enough to have them do it then and there! We were told it would take less than an hour to complete. We walked and shopped the mall to kill the time. 45 minutes later, we picked up the repaired bracelets. My sister was so happy to finally have this done so she could wear her bracelets again! Before we left, the jeweler mentioned that they sell their jewelry at factory prices. Good to know.

My family made a purchase previously and now was in need to sell the item back. Per Gem Professional Jeweler, the agreement is to take a loss anywhere between 5-15% of sale prices. Keep in mind that any custom designs or alterations done to any piece of jewelry will not be returnable and will only be bought back as "recycled" product. I walked in and let the owner know why I was visiting and as she looked over the receipt, examined the product, she informed me of the buy back price. I appreciated her giving me time to think things over and I didn't feel rush at all. The shop may not be full of items on display but there are plenty of rings and pendants to chose from. Quality and price vary so there is something here for anyone's budget. 3 stars. I wouldn't mind coming back.

I am unhappy with this store. In July, my father who is 89 years old and I dropped off my mother's watch to be repaired. The woman who took the watch said she would call us to tell us how much it would cost to fix the timepiece. I do my business from my phone. She never called and no voicemail. My father and I drove down today, 9/4/2019 to the store to find out if the watch had or had not been repaired. We did not have a receipt since so much time had lapsed. However, we felt that since we had used this store before we would be able to prove our identity without the receipt. This is where the unpleasantness began. We walked into the store and asked if the watch had been repaired. The man asked if we had a receipt. I said no. Suddenly, the man raised his voice and in a very argumentative tone said without the receipt he couldn't help us. We begin to explain without reflecting his angst that we had dropped off the watch and was never called. I said my father's name but the man didn't listen. He started attacking my father with an abusive tone (ranting) about the policy of the store. He needed, the name, ID etc. which we would of produce immediately if he had asked, nicely. My Dad got angry and told him if he didn't do the right thing that he would take steps to see that he did. My Dad is 89, frail and not in good health. He was visibly upset and stressed by the man's behavior and attitude towards us. My father produced the ID. This next statement affected us, deeply. The man said, "You have to be nice to me!" I said, "We were." We don't have to be nice to you; you have to be nice to us. This is the shopkeeper's attitude where the shopkeeper depends on the customer’s good will to keep their business going. I didn't understand what provoked this off behavior. Granted, we didn't have the receipt but we did ID. My father was anxious to have the watch repaired because his 63rd wedding anniversary is the 9th of this month; it was his gift to my mother, his wife. The odd ranting behavior continued as he rationalized the store policy even though he found the watch, verified the name, address and phone number. The situation was concluded, yet, he still verbally attacked us. I said stop; it is over. He continued haranguing my father over the issue. We left. My dad is now sleeping off the dizziness from that encounter. We have a year warranty for the job that they did which I feel is not in question. But I won't go back!
