not one but two signs saying they're open, the lights are on, yet the doors are still locked. why?

A bit disappointing. The store was closed (during operating hours) because the cash register wasn't working. I asked the employee if they carried a specific supplement - which he said he did - and when I returned later in the day, they didn't carry it.

Third time I try to go this week. Each time at a different time. Every time the door is locked, no one is there and there’s a sign on the door claiming that they will return soon. That was my last try.
