Apparently don't come between 12-1pm because they take lunch breaks leaving a handwritten note.

I’ve been to this location way too many times (about 10) and have only entered maybe 1 time.There’s always a “We’ll return in ‘XYZ’ time” sign, but they don’t return by that time.I was foolish enough to wait 30min past that time once — I could’ve gone to another GNC — and some other customer re-arrived and said “They’re still not back? This store is never really open. This is my 2nd time coming back today to see if they’ll be back soon”. So I just stopped wasting my gas on this location; traveled further to the one on Camden.Beware. You’ll likely be wasting your time coming to this location.

While the convenience of the store being around the corner from where I live is nice, the inconsistency with their operating hours is truly a letdown. There have been too many trips for supplements where I arrive and either the door is locked with lights on, or a handwritten note about being closed

Every time I go to this store during it's business hours it's closed. It's really conveniently located but I can't just wait around for someone to show up.

The employee is in the store and has a sign up that says will return. Doors are locked cannot get in to buy supplements at 4 PM on a Saturday.

Out of the 3 times I have been to this GNC 2 of the times the door is just locked with a sign saying will return later what is even the point of going to this place if they aren’t even open during operating hours

Horrible customer service! One of the employees, who I can only describe as being a Caucasian Male was extremely rude, I completely forgot to ask for his name. I went in for an exchange because I had bought the wrong product, I was missing the receipt and this employee was questioning me even after I told him when and where I had purchased the item in addition to always giving my phone number when purchasing something from GNC. When walking in I first asked if this was even possible since I had read online that I could return or exchange but I don't know what bothered this man so much that his attitude and customer service turned him to become extremely rude to me. There was one more employee present, he was completely professional and attentive.

Correct your hours and pick up the phone. Have to leave on a family emergency so I called ahead to the store to ask if they carried a supplement I needed before the trip and check their hours. They did not answer. Called again. They did not answer. This was at 4:45 PM. Checked Google for store hours, says they’re open until 6 PM so I thought I might as well drive down to check it out. Got to their door at 4:59 PM and the door was already locked and the lady at the store refused to help or listen. Figures that they wouldn’t answer the phone because they wanted to get off work.

When are they open? I go at 11, out for lunch.... I go at 1pm, out for lunch.... I go at 550pm (I understand they close at 6) and they’re already closed. They make it hard to like this store

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by Elizabeth, the only staff member present at the time of entry. Elizabeth was not only very cheery and helpful, she was also talkative/ a conversationalist, down to Earth, equal, caring & professional communicator! I felt as if I could spend the rest of my evening chatting away with her! 5/5 helpfulness, 6/5 personality, & 7/5 gentle hearted. Thank you, Elizabeth, for sharing the love & comfort of GNC!
