I have been on the round and round with this place! Trying to get the dr and guardian on the same page since may. Today I tried to follow up again and got some rude gentle man who said it's not his problem and for me to follow up with the doctors office who I had on three way to get this resolved today.

They're very helpful with trying on different types and sizes of CPAP masks, billing medical insurance, and fixing problems. Of the mask types, I prefer the "nasal pillows" to minimize interference with sleeping positions and face pressure.

Was assigned here by my doctor. if I lived in a vacuum, they'd be ok. But I have friends that go elsewhere. a.) they expect me to drive to their location to pickup the various sleep consumables (30 minutes each way) and b.) this even went for my SD card for compliance because they gave me an Airsense 10 instead of 11 (which could have simply sent it via network), despite the latter being at other places, and my insurance being perfectly happy to pay for it. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.

Even 1 star is way too much. They are lier and crook.I purchase a cpap machine from then base on referal from my doctor. I had to waited more than six month to get it. When I went to pick up my machine I complain about the type of mask in which I was not comfortable with it and request to replace with the nose pillow. They said since doctor prescribe the other type, I was told that I can try it for 30 days and if I am not happy with it They can replace it with nose pillow. Originally the mask came with some supply for few months.After 3 days when my nose hurt from the mask, I call them and request to replace it. First of all they were not friendly at all. Second they just replaced just the mask with no supply for few months anymore. Basically their customs approach was from 1-10 it was -10.If I had another choice defiantly, I would return it and and deal with another vender, but unfortunately, I have to got through the whole process again, and. Can’t.

Having to use a cpap equipment, I was sent to Guardian Sleep for supplies. They were wonderful and helpful. My supplies are sent routinely on time with everything I need. They always call me ahead of time to let me know.

I recently found myself needing assistance with supplies when traveling. Just as it looked like a futile attempt, I found Guardian in San Jose. Overall Excellent experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and definitely helpful! They provided expert guidance for my situation and had me back to business in no time at a reasonable cost. I am grateful that companies still exist with caring employees that still value customers.

Unprofessional and inaccurate. I was referred to Guardian Sleep by my doctor's office. When the order was ready to be fulfilled, I was contacted. Everything is fantastic to this point. I was quoted my part of the equipment as $X. When I go for the consultation and fitting, I'm required to sign an acknowledgement that my part will be 150% of $X. I was told my insurance requires a rental for 10 months and the rental will bridge two deductible periods, therefore, I'll end up paying an additional deductible in Jan 2023. That increased my responsibility to 150% of what I was quoted. I disputed this and refused to sign. I took the equipment ( 4 month backlog on getting an order filled) conditionally on getting this issue resolved. I called my insurer. I was told they will authorize a purchase. I notified Guardian. I was promised a call the next day. No call that day, or the next business day, or the next business day. When I called Guardian, I was told they know the insurer's policy and that they will not call to straighten it out. I returned the equipment in full and untouched the next day. I was told a credit would be processed but it may take several days to post. That was over a month ago. I'm now trying to chase a credit of nearly $1K. Unprofessional and inaccurate. BTW- I spoke with my insurer again. A purchase contract over the same 10 months (which is required), would not result in a 2x deductible. I have contracted with another company who understands this. As a result of Guardian's unprofessional and inaccurate "service", my treatment will be delayed by at least four months.

Wendy is a life saver! I stopped by and tried to get some supplies but my prescription expired long time ago. Wendy called my doctor’s office and asked them to renew my prescription. I really appreciate her help.

Total rip off! Months later, both my insurance company and myself are getting exaggerated charges. I called Guardian sleep to explain and for 3 nights of wearing a small device while I sleep at home; they are charging for 3 weeks. Something to do with their system the guy says. Makes no sense, other then Guardian Sleep cashing in for work not performed. I didn't even get a call or an appointment to see any of their doctors to discuss the results. Save yourself the head ache...

Awesome experience with Guardian Sleep. Had trouble sourcing a replacement BiPAP from another area supplier and decided to give Guardian a try. Wow! Night and day difference in terms of customer engagement and willingness to take on the business. Spoke a couple of times with Wendy, who quickly understood what I needed and offered to reach out to my doctor's office to get the correct prescription. Wendy also advised on the steps involved with insurance, about how long each step would take and my out of pocket share of the cost. Wendy took care of things and very quickly I was at their San Jose offices to pick up my unit. Wendy handled the paperwork with aplomb and a great attitude! Then I spend a bit of time with Rachel, who was very intuitive about what things needed explaining and what parts I already knew. She listened carefully and quickly addressed my concerns. A truly wonderful experience! I highly recommend Guardian Sleep if you are looking for a skilled team with great personality and a true customer focus!
