I purchased a bodysuit yesterday and told the cashier that I was going to try it in at home and might return it. He made no mention of the policy that I would not have been able to read in the tiny fine print.When I went to return it today. I was greeted by Diana. Who was rude and insulting about the return.Instead of being polite and understanding, she had a lot of attitude.She then pawned me off on another person and walked away.I don't think I will be returning to this store as the service that I was shown today was completely unacceptable.

Lexi was amazing! Her customer service is impeccable, absolutely provided the best service I could have imagined. I greatly appreciate her skills and bright personality. Will forever have a good memory and experience ingrained into my mind when I think about this store because of my good experience that is associated with how well Lexi made me feel here.

Went into the store to buy a jacket that I have been checking out on line. But the guy at the register really upset me. He was so rude. When I asked him where the jackets were he said we don't have that many. I found them myself and when I went to checkout he had zero customer service. I asked him what hiS name was since I will be contacting corporate. He said he does not have to give me that info. Luckily I have his I info on my saws report and I will be contacting Guess. As I was leaving I told him it would be a good idea to thank the customer and he said Good Day and walked away. I will never ever go back to this location ever!

Rudest assistant manager ever, I believe his name is Hector. Was not helpful at all. Does not have any customer service skills and seems to have some type of chip on his shoulder. He cannot answer simple merchandise questions or process returns with courtesy. Seems like he takes the returns personally. His diva attitude is just disgusting and an ill representation of Guess or Guess run companies. Guess should send upper management in as a secret shopper to see for themselves.

Occasionally I stop by here to get a gift card for my mother in law because she loves to shop at Guess. I came in today (12/20) around 10:30am to purchase a gift card and they did not have any in stock. This has happened to me 3 times in a few months. To whoever is in charge of ordering gift cards, please get it done.

What a fantastic experience I just had at Guess! I recently started to shop here and I'm very happy w the clothing, prices and most important CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager Lexi was so attentive genuine willing to help. I will definitely come back :))

I give the store a five star due to the sales that they have going on right now. I always seem to find good deals at the end of each season. Great selection on purses and sun glasses. The customer service there is not the best as they have turnover most of the time you'll be seeing new faces if you become a regular shopper. Great shoe selection, Right now is the best time to grab some end of summer specials!

All the employees looked like they were in hell and couldn't wait to leave! I asked help from either the shift lead or the manager to get a smaller size and his response was "I'm sorry I don't know where you got that from so I can't go get it for you". I've been I retail management for over 10 years. I wanted to fire him on the spot. Glad I don't shop here often.
