“LC Action is the best of the best. You can call them and asked about anything, they will give you a straight answer. No guessing or oh I’m sorry it’s back ordered. Their employees are awesome and helpful.”

“Alright so I ordered the Broken Armory Jig and tooling set from their website. Never heard of this company much before. A couple days go by and I see no label has been made for my order yet and am unable to log into my account on their website to see my order details/status.. So I got a little worried and started doing some research on the website and found very little information about Broken Armory. I tried calling their number listed on google to get the status of my order, no answer and the voicemail box was full… so I got even more worried after spending a few hundred dollars with them.. I emailed them and Well I was being a bit impatient after not hearing from them after a day so I gave a 1 star review and not a very nice compliment.. Anyway after all, they did contact me and let me know my order was shipping out right away and were very polite about the matter even though I was being impatient. I defiantly give a 5 star review. Broken Armory is legit. And if anyone is skeptical about ordering from them don’t be!!!!! Just be patient they’re a small but reliable company. Also, If anyone is worried about shipping times My order shipped out in about 2 1/2 days. Over all I’m glad everything worked out and I will defiantly be a returning customer and will be recommending this place to those I know. Also I’d like to say sorry for being impatient.
Thanks Broken Armory!!”

“Bullseye seems to be a LGS that is somewhat recommended for PPT in the South Bay and today is the first time I've been there. It's surprisingly busy for a small store but then almost all the LGS can be somewhat busy. The plaza is very small and parking can be difficult. Also be careful when you back out because you have to back out into the main street.

The store is not very big and it's mostly catered towards newer guns as it has a small used/consignment section.

People are nice enough and they didn't quell when you do PPT there. They don't charge extra for PPT but they do charge 3% extra for credit card.

I found the price of the guns there to be slightly expensive so I wouldn't say this is a good place for deals. The form you fill out for DROS is online and you do it on your phone with a QR code. It's pretty cool but can be hard if you have a small phone.”

“First, quit calling this a store. A store is where you have it your way to go in and purchase a commodity from someone who'd probably rather be working somewhere else. The Gun Exchange is staffed by people who know what they are doing and are willing to share their depth of experience to those who want to build a relationship......just like anywhere else. It is different than your going into BPS nearby and saying that you want a box of ammo for xx. They will ask what you're hunting, what distance you're expecting to shoot, where are you hunting and pick something that will suit you well......IF you've chatted with them as adults and they have a reason to believe that you might be a good guy/gal. I suppose that I shouldn't be surprised that people in the Bay Area might not know the difference between someone going out and shooting and those who join the community of hunters and shooters. Spend some time with the people who know stuff if you'd like to increase the depth of your enjoyment of the sport. Old hunters have seen amazing stuff. Ditto Jim Cox in Salinas.....if he thinks that you're a fool or that as the customer you think that things should be "your way", he will treat you as a buyer and not as someone in the circle. Both the guys in this shop smile. Saw it myself. Appreciate their time as you'd want your time appreciated. It will lead to a great experience. It's not a store. It's not Burger King either.”
