These people are the worst. I reserved online but they said no car for me, I can pay more to get a suv. But I am present circle member, upgrade is guaranteed. They just want to make more money, they never care about customers. Finally I called hertz customer service and they said sorry, they can refund me price difference.

The lady here was super friendly and prompt. Got my information. Walked me out to my car, and I was off driving 10 min later.

Uber/Hertz rental experience: I picked up a Tesla in the shade it looked fine once I started driving it in the sun I could see all of the dirt on the windows and seats and stains on the interior. I didn't have time to turn around. I brought it the next morning and the lady refused to give me a clean vehicle. She Was rude and rather had me sit for an hour while the man outside cleaned it inside and out. She said it's my fault I left the lot with a dirty vehicle. I guess she's right. So check your cars well. Today the lineup is dirty that's why I don't mind waiting bc none of the cars lined up are clean. $385/week to rent and they give unclean vehicles, have rude employees, Wasted time and energy to return and wait.

I needed a rental but the insurance company selected a different Hertz location for me. I thought I could call this location since it's close to where I'm staying but no such luck. I called and called and called... I called so many times I lost count and each time NO ONE answered the phone. I thought maybe they were closed but it wasn't 5pm yet. I was desperate and needed a rental so I could move my daughter into her dorm for school. I decided to drive to the location and guess what? People were there and the phones were ringing but NO ONE picked up. WTF kind of customer service is that?! I spoke to the lady that walked out from the back and asked if they had a mid size sedan in stock but she told me all they had were SUVs and electric vehicles. I asked if she was able to check a different Hertz location's inventory and she told me "no" so I left irritated that I had wasted my time going there when they could've simply answered the damn phone :DO NOT come to this location. They don't seem to care.

Made a call here about 20 minutes ago. Some guy picked up, wasn't helpful, and then hung up on me mid sentence. Terrible customer service. Do not come here.

Extremely disrespectful facilityI am new to the whole renting car process and when I didn't understand somethingThe lady today on a Tuesday 4:pm sitting in the left desk from the entrance with short bobbed hair and was ignorant with an attitude. I never been dealt with such disrespect in any service facility, can she get fired? Like asap?I understand why this place has very low ratings, no one should go here

I have a trucker who delivers for me and his car broke down. I sent him to rent a car there and he told me that they treated him as if he were a dogmy business is to provide happiness to people and we have amazing customer service but looking at this business how it treats customers for them they don't care about their customers they treat the people who are bringing business money.. instead, they treat the customers like they are trashThe two ladies in the front they treat people like they’re not a human being and the manager to which I’m going to describe a white guy tall guyHe doesn't know how to handle himself, he's an angry man, who yells and yells at people.

Hello before commenting I read all the comments and I realized that I am not the only one who had a bad experience that I am not the bad guy in the photo I am not the bad guy in the movieI've been looking back while I've been in this business and realized how sadly the employees don't appreciate the hard work this company has put in to get to where it is.And I began to think more deeply to dig deep, very deep and I can realize that since it has not cost them anything, this company is being ruined little by little by them!!! Who?? Them?? The employees…they are slowly ruining what this company has worked so hard to achieve!!

I don't recommend this place at all is not got place to rent a car at allI have reservation yesterday Monday Aug 7 2023 and I went there and not SUV was ready for me, the managerWasn't helpfully at all they told me not SUV available at all when I was ready to pick up from my reservation to go out from town with my family And this place make my vacation don't come true thanks at this guys.Please don't come to this place don't let them with out vacation because this guys are not professional.

As you all have probably read James post about the women he took a picture of, both me and my mom also had an issue with her today. If I could give this place zero stars, trust me I would. We were both recently in a car accident but my mom looks bad than I do in which she walks slower, that women looked at her and was already somewhat annoyed that we weren't at the stand immediately. She asked why we were there and we said that we are getting a rental car through our insurance. We had the reservation number on hand and ready to give to her and in the process, very sarcastically she raises her hands and very lowly says "OHHHHHH". At first me and my mom didn't put much thought into it until this women began to mention something about our insurance and how we need to contact them and let them know about the issue. I think this women has some issue with people telling her she's wrong about something because she began to treat both me and my mom as if we didn't know anything or we didn't understand what she was telling us and I told her that I knew exactly what she was talking about and we already spoke to our insurance. But she began to say that no we didn't understand what she was saying and at the end she told us that it was our problem and that she didn't care. Why start explaining and getting into other peoples business and then saying "oh well" or "I don't care that's on you"? After that mini incident she went back to working on the computer until she asked a question. Here is the thing my mom doesn't speak very well English but she knows how to get around this women's English isn't very good as well but she has the nerve to judge other people if they don't understand her. This women told us that she didn't have cars and that she was gonna give us whatever she had which was one car. This women didn't even give my mom a chance to ask for an upgrade or another type of car, she just assumed and went along with it. This women asked "what car was at the shop", my mom responded that she doesn't know, and she responded "what you don't know what car you have?" and I took a minute to understand what she was asking; and mind you I was born and raised here I understand perfect English; so if I had to think it through to understand what she asked and that says a lot. Once I thought over what she asked I responded and she looks at me and says "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her." while pointing at my mom. I was trying to explain and here is where I was also going to mention how we had a car accident and my mom is honestly hurting and tired. She replied very rudely and didn't let us talk nor explained, but instead began to raise her voice and then told us to "Get Out" and that she was refusing to service us. My mom even asked if she can talk to someone in Spanish and she said "NO I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE SO GET OUT". My mom and I left, we got into the car but before we left the place my mom parked the car got out and asked for her name or card and she said "No, I'm not giving you anything." My mom left out of the place crying and shaking, again we were in a car accident, we are trying to avoid issues but this women doesn't deserve to work there or any place if she's gonna treat her customers like this. I understand that many people have their days and probably today wasn't her day but from what I see in the other reviews she doesn't change nor learn. We are never going to this place ever again as long as she's there.
