The costumer services is amazing, I rent twicea Tesla and a mini both cars very clean, by doing the process I went to the bathroom and is very clean, good prices!

Terrible description of their available vehicles in their website. Had reserved a Tesla model 3, 4 days prior to my trip. Received a call 1 day prior to my trip that they don’t have one. Now I have to wait 7-14 days for my reimbursement. I also asked for a model Y or a Polestar which shows that’s they are available on line but in person. They couldn’t help me find the vehicles I wanted. Was given a custom service number from their pamphlet and it was a service for an emergency collar for elderly people. After driving in person and getting another number for customer service, my Model 3 was cancelled was guaranteed by the customer service agent that another location had a Model Y. It just happens that they also don’t have a Model Y. So now I’m waiting on $700+ dollars getting reimbursed. Worst service ever!

I walked in to the hertz office at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and the employee told me that they're having a lunch break for another 30 minutes and locked the doors, while they're supposed to stay open until 6pm.

Absolutely terrible service. My family and I prepaid for a 7 passenger SUV and when we arrived to pick it up we were informed that the vehicle we reserved and already paid for was not available for us. I asked how this could be possible and was told that the car meant for us was sent for service the day before and asked why we weren't notified of this so we could make new arrangements. The representative had no answers for us, did not take any accountability, blaming the employees working the day before and did not even offer an apology. The only solution they had for us was to have us rent a minivan for an additional ~$100. $100 we had not budgeted for. Since it was so last minute and because we needed a vehicle immediately, we were basically forced to take this option. I reached out to corporate with my experience and was sent a generic copy & paste response. We are incredibly disappointed in our experience and will never rent from Hertz again.

Very poor customer service. They took so long time to give the keys to me . Person sitting on the counter dont have any idea how the process is done. Also they need to get proper training on how to handle things and help customer in appropriate way .

Having rented a car almost every two weeks from Hertz over the last six months, it's no secret that the rental company is having some crippling technical issues. If your online reservation portal is not in sync with the inventory at your locations, I can't think of a more fundamental flaw in your core business model. Every other day, the folks at this location in particular go through having to turn back customers who were able to book a car online while in reality, there aren't any cars available for the location to honor those reservations. The manager at this location goes above and beyond at each of those mess-ups to personally make up for issue like these, fixing which is clearly beyond his list of responsibilities. He's been supportive, creative in figuring out solutions to car shortages (by quickly turning around returned vehicles) and has also compensated many customers for their time and inconvenience. I'm not sure if I'm at a point where I can recommend renting from Hertz, but if you do plan on doing it, go for this location over others. At least you'll have friendly employees and a branch manager who's got your back.

2 hours to pick up because they had one person working. Manager tells his team to clock out when there is a line of people waiting to return. I travel a ton; worst one in my million miles of travel.

What a GREAT experience. I accidentally booked here instead of the San Jose airport. Oops! The rental agent, Alexander, provided 5 star service! A true professional. Car was very clean, thoroughly inspected before we drove off, and a fantastic ride. Upon return we were even offered a ride back to the airport so we didn’t need to call an Uber.

THE WORST! I woudl give it a 0 star if I could. Most inhumane people who know nothing about customer service.1) 45 mins per customer, not because the work is hard, because the people working here don’t know the work or they don’t want to.2) No cars available at any point of time. They will try to force you on the car they have.Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews.Bottom line: They don’t care about their customers.Save your time and energy by picking any other rental company.

Nothing but bad things to say about this location. Car was going into the shop so insurance was covering the cost and when I went to pickup and asking about EV options it was explained to me the annual revenue generated by EV rentals. One of the many available EVs were not provided. Thanks for that. I had to go back after verifying with my insurance that because it was an EV going in the shop I was expected to use an EV while the work was being done. Then when I went to turn in the EV they explained that I had chosen the LDW option ($ per day) and when I asked for proof of me or anyone accepting that option they were unable to provide where I accepted the additional charge.If your time is valuable, don’t waste it coming to this version of Hertz.

Claims adjuster sent me here, after, supposedly, verifying that my debit card would be sufficient to rent. They picked me up and brought me to their office, only to find that they WOULD NOT accept my card. They did not offer me a ride home and I waited 4 hrs after closing (9:00p.m.) til I could arrange a ride home. I am disabled. This was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

One star is the lowest you can give and that is one star too many. This is absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. When you go in you are guaranteed a wait of at least 1 hour to check out. The customer service is horrible. Theyare only open till noon on Saturday and closed on Sunday. How convenient because they charged me $158 for one day rental, just minutes before they close for the weekend so there is no way to contact them till monday. The same car I was renting at $26 per day all week, was charged at $158. Monday comes and they don't pick up the phone. Finally they pick up and immediately put you on hold for 30 minutes, then the call drops. You try again and they don't pick up. It is now afternoon and still don't have the issue resolved. Save yourself a lot of hassles and find another rental agency. My next call is to Corporate to file a complaint about this location
