Went into the store yesterday for a new back door and Brandon was very helping explaining the differences in various doors and safety requirements. He helped us until we made our decision. Nice guy, knew his stuff. Was encouraging to see sales people genuinely wanting to help. Doesn't happen often enough unfortunately.

I am a regular customer at Home Depot, about 3-5 times a week. For the most part I think they are a great place to shop for my supplies. But, this store on Blossom Hill is absolutely the worst. Rude employees who do not want to assist you with anything and heaven forbid you should actually ask for some assistance from a manager they will just tell you "NO its not anything we can do". What ever happened to a can do attitude. I will drive an extra 5 miles to go to the Capitol store just so I don't have to engage their attitudes. Now in all fairness there are some employees who have been there for a while that are always nice and helpful but that is a small group of the the staff at that store. I cant believe that the regional management isn't more involved with getting this store on tract because it SUCKS. Michael P

The employees here are either really nice and helpful or the rudest creatures you will ever encounter. There is no in-between. Today some gorgon who works there told my elderly mother who walks with a cane to get out of her way. Completely unacceptable. To the nice employees: Thank you. To the rude employees: What's your problem? Try to act like decent people; it's not that difficult. I do love the garden center here, but it can be a bit pricey so I usually wait for the sales. Good selections of seeds and vegetable seedlings. Generally a good place to shop at for the average person who needs to buy this-or-that for the home or garden.

Using TRE to deny our legitimate return is stupid and will affect customer satisfaction and HD's profit! The return was legitimate per Home Depot return policy as we returned them in 10 days after purchase with receipt and the boxes of items were not even opened at return. These items are NOT listed as non-returnable or non-refundable. I bought Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration System from HD online. Since the installation cost is high and it is heavy, my husband returned it and got store credit card linked to his ID. He then moved to a different city for a new job. He used the store credit to buy some items and asked me to return them in order to get a store credit card linked to my ID, so I can use the store credit. Ten days after purchasing, my return with receipt was denied. The store manager tried to override my husband's ID with my ID, it didn't work. My husband went to return them, it was also denied. Now Neither my ID nor my husband's ID works in the Home Depot system! We were told to call TRE and TRE told us to get RAR and mail it with letter to them, it will take 1-2 months. From RAR, TRE states that the decision is made by Home Depot. We hope Home Depot takes the responsibility to talk to TRE to resolve this issue asap. The two denied transaction # 308557100-666-THD and # 308558896-420-THD are the same and were denied for no reason

These stars are for Stephen in the paint department. I tried to call Home Depot so I can let his manager know he deserves a raise or something, but no one would answer the phone. Poor kid is doing the job of like five people. He was super responsive to everybody, even the people who were asking about different departments in the store. He works really hard and definitely deserves a raise or a promotion or some thing. So whoever manages Home Depot's yelp account, please let Steven's manager know. Never seen someone so dedicated to the customers at Home Depot.

Went in for battery powered chainsaw, unfortunately the aisle that had the chainsaws was closed. It was clear that the aisle was being used as temporary storage, no staff was doing anything at or near the aisle. Went and waited in line at the customer service, finally was "assisted" to a very rude individual that demanded that I just wait until "work" is done. Not sure what work she was referring to because standing there for some time clearly shows nobody was doing anything. Normally business would get the item for you or escort you through. Did the obvious thing next, went to Lowe's.

People have to get the carts from the parking lot. The guy in self checkout section proudly say, go get the cart from parking lot.

Uniqueness: None really... Wait Time: [x][x][x][x][x] Service: [x][x][x][x][ ] Setting: [x][x][x][ ][ ] Recommendation? Indoor plants tend to be pricier than the competition so I wouldn't advise getting them here. Home Depot has all the hardware tools a handyman would need. All outdoor, indoor, plumbing, lighting, you name it you can find it here. It hasn't really changed much over the decades and even during COVID. The hot dog food stand isn't open as much anymore but not sure if it's because no profit or COVID shut it down. Plant and outdoor selection here is good but price for some plants seem to be higher than the other competition, at least from the indoor plants I was looking at. Service here is helpful and it's rarely crowded here so you won't be waiting in long lines to get the tools you need. I would highly recommend this location if you're nearby to buy any tools or resources.

The absolutely worst customer service for appliances ever!!! Beyond frustrating. Bought a refrigerator. After having it plugged in for a few hours it was obvious it was defective. Have only two days to return per policy so called right away. Won't bother with all the ugly details but it's been awful dealing with customer service. Go to Lowe's for appliances. 30 day return window and MUCH better customer service.

I went to Home Depot last night to purchase a Christmas tree and Paway helped me find the perfect one. He was patient, helpful and very nice. Most of the time I go to Home Depot it is so hard to find someone to help you and when you do find someone they're a little clueless, sorry but it's true. This 5 stars is for my awesome experience last night. Thank you Paway!

Wow - what an amazing experience at Home Depot. I know what you might be thinking..."5 stars..? But it's a Home Depot". We'll, yes my friends it's totally deserved. It's been a minute since my contractor days when I would visit frequently, but tonight I made a mad dash to pick up a couple items for Christmas decorations and the entire experience was fantastic. I called in to check a product in electrical, the gentlemen over the phone was helpful and put the Phillips product on hold with customer service. 15 minutes later I'm at the building and ask a friendly rep where their extension cords are. 2 minutes in I'm good with the cord. I head over to returns and quickly and easily return an extra piece I purchased at another store. 3 minutes later Bonnie helps me in customer service. This multi tasking whiz quickly realizes they pulled the wrong product for me, grabs me a new one, rings me up with a discount due to the mishap and I'm on my merry way out. Home Depot manager - you're doing something right with the staff! Please keep it up!!

Kao was super helpful. I had no idea which nailer and nail to buy for baseboard. He helped looked up the info and the. showed me the different ones available. He was patient and thorough. I really appreciate the good customer service from Kao and want to mention it here.

bait and switch ; on in-store finance card....!!!!we got a quote for replacement windows in our home. we were told we could put the job on hd credit card ; $11,500 ; for zero percent ; for 24 months. but, when i filled out the application for said card ; i was only approved for $6000.........that means i have to make a down payment of $5,500............. screw job...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! screw job...!!!!!!!!!!!!liars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! those pack of stinking liars....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this is bait and switch...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service at the return desk... and this had nothing to do with the Covid-19. At the return desk no on was capable of help me with my situation so I requested to talk to a manager then a guy name Antonio or Anthony came ufffff what waste of time. I will not give them a single stars because of their bad customer service.

Solid and gigantic Home Depot. Has pretty much everything you could possibly want for the home. I've shopped here for years and years! Decent place, super overpriced, but it is what it is. I get what I need and go to other places for better deals. Its in a very convenient location, so that's good.
