We had just started our search to upgrade our car and had scheduled a meeting at another dealer where things ended up earlier than anticipated so we just walked in to the Honda dealership. Jacob Castillo was kind to accommodate our visit and showed us the car and answered our queries. I liked what I saw and also liked what I drove. We are so glad to have closed this deal and now we are proud owners of a brand new Honda HRV 2024. The paperwork including turning in my earlier car was smooth. Just couple of signatures and we were done!!!

Sales are amazing, Service Department is terrible. Our daughter bought her first car, Honda HRV-which in the end HONDA lost the lawsuit and was ordered to repurchase the vehicle. Interesting that HONDA classified it as a repurchase, as opposed to Lemon Law, hoping they are not intending to resell it. Service Departments in Dublin and Santa Barbara were wonderful. When the vehicle had to go back for the 5th time, within 9 months, we brought it back where we purchased thinking they would be most likely to help us to a resolution. Instead we were met with a passive-aggressive and unhelpful experience. As for the amazing reputation that HONDA has always had, she will never buy another one. Her car was faulty and one of the loaners they gave her while her car was in the shop broke down on her and they had to come bring her another car.

I had an amazing experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. The entire process was effectively seamless and I walked out with my brand new Accord 2024 EX in a matter of a few hours. We decided to buy a car from Honda of Stevens Creek this past weekend, after doing some comparative shopping with other dealers, as well as the online ones.The sales team was competent, knew the vehicles they're selling.The price negotiation was also fine, and after a bit of discussion we were able to reach a price that was in line even with the internet quotes.The rest of the process was flawless, and I received the documents and information I have requested immediately, which is another sign of competence and integrity.I did not have a trade-in so I cannot comment on that aspect of the process

Honda of Stevens Creek took the initiative of having my review flagged off on Google, oh what a shame it would be if it showed up somewhere else. Oh right, here it is!My wife and I came in to purchase a vehicle to drive cross country for our move to Florida. We settled on a Subaru for the journey. Sales manager Amine Kedir was a dishonest, disrespectful piece of ****. He told us the car was "very good, nothing wrong." Less than a day later the splash plate detaches because we had come to find out that not all the bolts to hold the plate in place were installed, completely missing! The splash plate was damaged. I called the dealership and I was told that they'd return my call later that day, nobody returned the call. Due to the lack of response, I had to walk into the shop myself with my family before dinner. The first person I saw inside was Amine, who immediately gave me a dirty look upon entering. Oh I'm so sorry Amine for returning, after your lack of communication and lies that the car was in "very good, nothing wrong" condition. I immediately told him the issue, and in response he said his technician and other crew would evaluate. THEY ZIP-TIED THE PIECE BACK INTO PLACE! I could not believe it, just the fact that instead of actually fixing the problem with quality service that they missed before selling the car, they chose to do a bush wack temporary fix. They might as well duct tape the scratches too while they're at it! From there, they gaslit my family and I, blaming US for the damage to the plate! Unbelievable! Rather than owning responsibility for a $200 mistake they made prior to sale, they chose to blame us and basically attempt to tell us to piss off. Disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. It's crazy how we have bought 3 Honda cars and one non-Honda branded vehicle from Honda dealerships, and only this time encountered such shady and disrespectful service and treatment. Speaks miles about this dealership in particular, stay away at all costs!

Bought my very first car from Honda of Stevens Creek and had a wonderful experience! All the staff were professional, friendly, and informative. After taking my car home, I noticed there was an issue with its parking lights. When I called Honda the next day to let them know, they let me bring my car back and they fixed the lights for free. They provide great customer service!

Ramon is the simply the best! Always putting the customer first and making sure they drive off the lot with a smile on their face. Just like I did. Jay was most helpful as well, staying later and taking over my paperwork to ensure I didn’t wait too long. Stevens creek Honda is the dealer to go to.

I bought a car here in 2019, I knew what I was doing and got a fair, even good deal. In 2023, my wife tried to buy a car here, didn't know how car buying worked and I didn't have time to help her. They gave her a fair price but they were just scummy morons. They did a hard inquiry on our credit report without approval, my wife signed all kinds of weird documents, they refused to give copies of signed documents, they tried to fast-talk and misdirect her. The computer system was a mess and mixed my details with her details. I would have walked out. It seemed like her salesman was young, dumb, new to car sales, a moron who didn't know anything. Then they brought in the managers who seemed too busy and fouled up all the paperwork because they didn't care and only know the typical routine. Grade A morons and minimum wage workers. Buyer beware.

I will never buy another Honda again. I purchased a brand-new white Pilot from Honda in 2016. About five years later (right after the car was paid off), the paint on my roof and tailgate started peeling off in HUGE chunks. After some online searches, I realized that peeling paint on Pilots and Odysseys (particularly white ones) is a known issue (it's all over the internet) and that there was a Service Bulletin that extended the paint warranty for 2016 Pilots with Pearl White paint. I brought my car to Stevens Creek Honda and they told me that (conveniently) my car's VIN # was not included and, therefore, Honda would not pay for the repair. As you can imagine, I was very unhappy. After a lot of back-and-forth with both Steven's Creek Honda and Honda of America, they agreed to split the cost of the paint repair as a "goodwill" gesture. I was not pleased with this response but ultimately agreed because I just wanted to get my car fixed. So, I begrudgingly paid approximately $2k to fix the paint. I thought that was the end of it, but I was wrong.About a month ago, I noticed another huge chunk of paint missing from my car (see picture), this time from the area above one of the passenger doors. I promptly brought my car back into Honda of Steven's Creek only for them to tell me they were not going to fix the problem. They said the first repair was a goodwill gesture only and they aren't willing to fix it again. They told me it wasn't their problem and said I should call Honda of America. Honda of America, however, also refuses to fix the problem or take any responsibility. I got a quote for repair from Honda's preferred body shop for $5,500. The body shop told me that they have fixed HUNDREDS of Hondas with the same issue. They also told me that, even if I fix it, it's likely to start peeling again in other areas of the car because that's what happens with Hondas. So now I'm stuck with an otherwise perfectly good car that looks like total crap unless I pay another $5,500 (in addition to the $2k I already paid) for paint repair work with no guarantee that the same problem isn't going to creep up again on other areas of the car.I'm absolutely appalled by Stevens Creek Honda's and Honda of America's abhorrent customer service. It is unbelievable that Honda continues to sell vehicles with known paint defect issues, but it will not take any responsibility for fixing the problem. I have owned many cars in my life and I have never had a car that had paint peel off in huge chunks. Before you buy a Honda, do an internet search for "Honda Paint Peeling" and you will find all kinds of information about this issue. There is also a Facebook group called "Honda Paint Defect Action Group." Unless Honda takes responsibility for its defective paint, it has lost a customer for life. Zero stars for Stevens Creek Honda and Honda of America.

Tina and Adriel are excellent professionals that helped me purchase a new Honda Civic Hatchback for my son over the weekend. They're both very courteous, knowledgeable and on top of every step in the process. I especially appreciate the honesty where the original car we wanted had 2 small dents and they were able to show us an alternative new car and got that one ready for us! I highly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek!

Excellent service by Kevin. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I test drove 3 cars and then selected the best one for my needs. For me part of the experience of getting a car is also the vibes, experience, energy and customer service of the dealership or I will walk away. But clearly I had the best experience here as I walked out with a car! Thank you.
